The Westminster London Curio Collection by Hilton

The hotel is in tippy top condition. The rooms are laid out so well and very spacious for a large city. It was also very new, clean, and quiet. The restaurant food wasn’t my favorite and the hotel is about a 9 minute walk to other spots and sites, but as long as you know that, definitely recommend.

Property and staff were perfect. The exterior was under construction but everything else was great!

Our stay at The Westminster was fabulous. The room was great and the staff vent above and beyond, especially VJ in the concierge team.

Hotel was great. However we ate in the bar and while my daughter's mac'n'cheese and chips was lovely and good value at £12 my cheeseboard was shockingly overpriced at £16. Small pot of pickle, four cream crackers,some grapes and three very small triangles of cheese. Would be surprised if there was more than £3 worth of actual food on the plate

Good stay. Good location. Room is smaller than you can tell in pictures. Pie-shaped with little room to fully open suitcase unless in bathroom/closet area. Overall 5 stars.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast a very good selection. It was the second time we have stayed at the Westminster hotel and will willing stay there again and recommend to friends and family

I’ve been staying at this property for over 10 years, and it’s gone through some massive changes. Some positive, some not. The rooms used to be much more spacious, and they used to offer two double beds. Now it’s two twins and the room is ridiculously tiny. Disappointing for sure. It’s very dark, now, as well. Not sure why the mood lighting but the hallways make you feel like you’re walking down the halls of the hotel in the Shining. Very much wish they had their old rooms back. The floors are now vinyl, and ours was quite filthy. Definitely needed socks or slippers to walk around or your feet needed to be cleaned before bed- and this was on the day we checked in. Quite like the addition of the cafe/Starbucks. Still love the lobby and the location is great. Makes you feel like you’re just away from the tourists- not so busy, but it’s a walk or a bus ride away from most site seeing. I love walking so it’s perfect for me. Staff is all quite lovely, and helpful. Didn’t use the concierge this go, but have in the past. Check in and out was super easy. Even was able to get into the room a bit early. All in all, I’d stay again. Just really miss the larger rooms and the lighter decor

Lovely hotel to stay, the only thing I would say is that the breakfast that I paid for was not on there computer system so had to prove that it was included.

This was a great hotel and very convenient for business in Westminster. Sadly, the shower was broken which wasn’t ideal and the F&B Supervisor was very rude! She told me I didn’t have breakfast included and when I produced my confirmation email, she said I had to go to reception to verify it was a real confirmation! It was incredibly embarrassing in a line of people waiting to be seated. I did go to reception, verified it and had to queue another 10 minutes and no word of apology or even a smile. She seated me and that was it. Not the level of service I’d expect but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Great and super clean. My husband and I spent 6 nights and we were extremely satisfied. Room was small but well stocked. Location is amazing. Walkable distance to many attractions. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

The location is perfect. A lot of things are walking distance. Some restaurants are not far 10 minutes drive. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
