Wayside B&B

Made very welcome,room very nice ,pleasant and relaxing surroundings.

It was so peaceful. I would fully recommened Wayside. I will visit again.

Quiet location, good breakfast,

Great VFM, peaceful, quiet. Very nice.

I booked and paid for a double room with en suite but was given a twin without en suite, without any prior notice, this meant i had to get dressed to go to the toilet. My bath towel was dirty and stained, the bin had not been emptied from the previous guest and the milk sachets for a hot drink had gone off and curdled. I have photos.

Was a bit concerned when I arrived a couple of minutes before my estimated arrival time to find the owners were just about to leave as they had forgotten I was due. However after that check in was quick & easy. The room was comfortable and had good facilities. I was told on arrival I was the only person staying that night so was a little surprised that someone was playing music in the room above me for an hour or so starting around 1:30am. A good shower which was just across the corridor from the room & the breakfast was very good

Lovely location. Isolated. Quiet. Loved the chair swing. Nice room.

Unfortunately we had a family emergency . So i never stayed .but i booked in . then few hours later i had to return . collect my things and leave .. Telephone number doesnt work ..Rustic . breakfast would be served in the office reception entrance .. Bedroom, very dated .cramped ..a musty hew . to be honest i would not book again .

Lovely spot, easy access to Chippenham by car. Spacious comfy and clean room. Owners were very friendly.

Stayed here as I was attending an event at Thruxton circuit the next morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Property is in a lovely setting, with a great view. I found it homely and comfortable and pleasantly quiet surrounded by farmland. Facilities were as described. My only small gripe was having to hold up the toilet seat whilst having a pee! The staff were friendly and relaxed. I will happily stay there again.

Friendly staff Ideal for business trip

Rustic and basic, but all we needed for an overnight stay. Lesley is a great host! Kind, helpful and makes a great breakfast!

Wanted a comfortable overnight stay for a family friend. This B and B was just the place I was looking for. I would recommend it to anyone and I will use it again

The Owners of Wayside B B were very friendly and helpful to me. My only disappointment was that it wasn't as wheelchair accessible as I had thought it would be...

Room was very dated and the bed was not comfortable and was very noisy The en suite was a toilet behind the wardrobe so no privacy. The owner was lovely and very friendly, the room was kitted out with a kettle, tea and coffee and there was also a selection of toiletries which was a nice touch

Had a very spacious and well equipped room with a beautiful view over fields. Will definitely go back if I’m in the area again.
