It is located very close to the airport. It was a little hard to find the entrance from the road, but once we figured out it was okay. The parking was very convenient and right in front of the room. The breakfast was good. Nice hotel.

The staff here were amazing!
We had a long travel time and my son was very sleepy while we were waiting for our room but they let him to sleep on their couch and get a nap in.
Nothing was too much of a bother for this team.
Hotel room was clean and the breakfast was great.
Would definitely stay again.

The Mercure was well located for our holiday and the staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast was good to some extent, but the serials such as Weet-Bix and cornflakes were stale. We stayed 5 nights and our room was only serviced twice, which I feel is unsatisfactory. The TV
In our room was poor, not only were the channels limited to 9 only 5 were of watchable quality. We did complain about our TV and it took over 30 hours for someone to come and look at it. So our stay at your hotel was not very pleasant.

Overall it was a good experience ! The rooms need some updates & our room smelled aggressively of smoke even though it was “non smoking” and we couldn’t change rooms. The lobby, pool area & tennis courts are nice to spend time at. Helpful staff and the tour desk is great ! The breakfast has a large selection of hot and cold foods, baked goods, and fresh eggs made to order which is nice !

Overalll - Just Okay
The Mercure Nadi is cost effective and location is close to the airport. Pool is decent and the food at the restaurant is pretty good. Breakfast is 99% the same everyday.
The rooms are in dire need of an update, staff need follow up 90% of the time because they 'forget' what was requested.
It's good for 2-3 nights anything over that makes you feel like you've overstayed your welcome.
