Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos

Staying in the ice hotel in sleeping bags was not enjoyable. Went to the bunk beds but could not get any sleep as people kept constantly coming in and out. They should provide beds separate from the locker room. It was nice they had normal bathrooms to use during the night. Expect not to get any sleep if you are going to go this

We’ve never paid so much for such an uncomfortable experience. The check-in time stipulated on Expedia is a lie - you do not have access to your room until 9pm when the public stops walking through the hotel. Until this time you have to bide your time in the property where you have to spend money if you want anything - even a cup of tea. The ice hotel is a novel experience - but in actuality the night was very uncomfortable and definitely not worth the price tag

The property is secluded and about 30 mins away from city center. It is in a nicely quietly situated area. The goal of the trip was to hopefully see lady Aurora and to stay in an igloo. This resort met those expectations! I was very fortunate Aurora did her show right above my igloo! What a dream that was. I know Lady Aurora is a natural phenomenon, I was just very fortunate she did her show the night I stayed. I liked how the hotel offered the snow tubing and was able to walk on the frozen lake! It was truly a winter wonderland. They also included the Arctic snowhotel tickets in my stay which was a plus. I dined in the Ice restaurant for the experience and truly did not disappoint! I would stay at this hotel again!

La estancia fue bella. Las instalaciones son de primer nivel, la atención es excelente y hay algunos empleados que hablan español. Prestan gratis raquetas de nieve y trineos, y tienen lugares cálidos para descansar. Los igloos son hermosos y cálidos. Pudimos ver una aurora, pero la alerta no sonó, sino que nosotroa estuvimos alertas. Eso provocó que no pudiéramos dormir bien esa noche. Además, una luz interna no funcionaba. Fuera de eso, el igloo es súper cómodo y bonito. No dan ganas de salir. Por otra parte, las habitaciones de hielo son increíbles y divertidas. Es toda una experiencia dormir ahí. Se siente mucho frío estando dentro, pero para dormir dan sleeping bags muy cálidos que hicieron que durmiera excelente. Como llegamos temprano, pudimos escoger la habitación que más nos gustó. Por otra parte, la comida del restaurante es buena, pero excesivamente cara. Prepárense para pagar €70.00 por un menú de 3 tiempos sencillo.

Eine Nacht im Schneehotel muss man erlebt haben !!!! Die Eissauna war für uns eine neue und tolle Erfahrung.

Be sure to take advantage of as many excursions and experiences as you can. The staff is incredible!

GREAT PLACE TO EXPERIENCE THE ICE BED

The igloo is a nice experience to sleep in for one night (in the hope to see the northern lights), however the price is not worthy for the space and comfort of the accommodation. The breakfast had a large selection of high quality food, the staff was friendly and the cocktails at the Skybar were nice. The parking for cars was a bit too far from the igloo, especially with adverse weather conditions.

Truly unique

The Arctic snow motel in glass egg lose was an amazing experience. We stayed in one of the Ilie‘s and saw the northern lights. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The dinner buffet was not worth the money.

The glass igloos are stunning, it's so lovely to be able to sleep under the stars in a warm and cosy room! Dinner and breakfast options were good, they offer a nice range of activities that can be booked, staff are super friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is breathtaking too! We had a great time staying at ArcticSnow Hotel!

This was a very unique experience. Enjoyed the glass ceiling. The area by the lake was very beautiful. We enjoyed the tour of the property. Alert bell to wake up to see the the northern lights were helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The dinner was not great for the exorbitant price you pay. But the breakfast was good.

Everything looks fine ans the sauna is great. It will be better if more hangers and hair dryer can be provided.
