From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff at Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel made my stay truly exceptional. The bellman’s genuine concern that my Uber didn’t drop me directly in front of the hotel showed a level of hospitality that instantly set the tone for an incredible experience.
Check-in was private, seamless, and refreshingly welcoming, complete with a delightful drink and cookies —a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel at ease.
The room itself was a masterpiece of comfort and elegance immaculately clean, well-arranged, and designed to enhance relaxation. Housekeeping maintained impeccable standards, ensuring a consistently polished and serene environment throughout my stay.
One of the most breathtaking features was the balcony overlooking the sea—an absolute dream! Waking up to the stunning views and the calming presence of the Mediterranean was an unforgettable highlight!
Lunch at the rooftop restaurant, was amazing with excellent food and beautiful scenery!
The hotel’s atmosphere was peacefully quiet allowing for a truly restful retreat, yet it sat in the heart of an unbeatable location. Just steps away from high-end shopping, vibrant bars, incredible restaurants, and the beach! It offered the perfect balance of luxury and accessibility.
Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel seamlessly combines thoughtful hospitality, elegant accommodations and an ideal location. I cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to my next stay!

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed at Anantara hotels before and we would gladly come back. However - there were a few issues that need work: our rom wasn't ready at check in time (it happens) and they gave us complimentary coupon for cocktails at rooftop. For 30 min we tried to get decide and could not. There were only a small handful of people up there. Eventually our room became ready and we left. Similarly upstairs , we had the buffet an and ordered a Colette and another dish and after 45 miner left. The brunch was wonderful - the next day all went as planned. One more glitch... we had massage treatments - when we went to relaxation area after it was quite messy... towels all over a half eaten apples etc. the locker room was a bit disheveled as well. Note: arriving at the hotel by car is tricky .... it's hard to see the entrance - it's very narrow smoked glass window with a sign faintly printed - and all the valet cars are blocking it - we had to circle around again to find it.

We like the Anantara brand and have stayed in a few of their hotels.
This was just a one night stay.
Lovely warm welcome at reception with refreshing drink, much appreciated.
Nice room, with upgrade (as offered with hotels.com Platinum membership) - Thankyou!
We were excited to have a pre-dinner cocktail on the rooftop terrace. There were lots of empty tables in the small area outdoors but the staff said they were only for people with restaurant reservations and we were only allowed to sit inside. Disappointed so we left and enjoyed a drink on a warm evening at one of the numerous bars/restaurants in old town with extensive outdoor seating and lovely atmosphere.

The stay was fantastic from the checkin, concierge service, to the room, to the great view & fantastic breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Just unbelievable. I have mentioned some road noise on the 4th floor but very minimal. Hope to return someday.the staff are very helpful and really contribute to the great stay.

A luxurious hotel close to the old town of Nice and promenade. Whilst the hotel was excellent in terms of its decor and location, our room (deluxe room grand) felt a bit small, and at the price point did not feel like good value.
The room had a very small balcony overlooking the side street. To one side it was possible to see the sea, but with just enough space for two tiny stools, the balcony felt too small to use meaningfully. The bathroom was luxuriously fitted but again felt a little small the way the shower door opened and how some items were positioned. The aircon wasn’t great.
The rooftop breakfast was excellent with fantastic, panoramic views. The staff were very welcoming.
There is a stylish lounge area to relax in behind the reception area, which is quite easy to miss. They now serve hot drinks there Mon-Fri.
The building is large and impressive but the entrance to the hotel is a small doorway between high-end shops so quite easy to miss. Lots of welcoming doormen though, which added to the feeling of discretion and security.

This is a high quality hotel, well located near the centre of town with sea views and directly adjacent to the luxury shopping area. Trams and trains were easily accessible and you could walk around most the city area.
The only small niggle was that the staff were super friendly but not everything came off.
the breakfast service was a bit patchy. lots of people around but not well organised.

Great place right where u want to stay in nice, across from park and entrance to old city. Can see how it might get very busy in peak season. Jr suite was very nice, we were upgraded to ocean view, note the balconies are tiny and basically unusable but pretty. The breakfast on the roof is superb, food and view. Walkable to everywhere, ubers are easy and inexpensive.
