As part of a short tour along the Loire river, the staff were most informative, friendly and helpful. The location and facilities of Orleans made for a perfect choice.

Very unique hotel. Very very nice bed. The best shower I've ever experienced in a hotel. Stayed an overnight - checked in late around 11:15 pm and left early the next morning. This is a very lovely town. Please note: parking is off site. You have to drop your luggage off and then drive to the parking and walk back about 12 minutes to the hotel.

This is a great hotel when visiting Orleans. Close to the station and the centre of town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also good and a check out time of 12noon very civilised.

À mon arrivée la chambre était glaciale, j’ai cru à l’oubli du lancement du chauffage. J’ai passé une nuit horrible dans le froid pour que l’on m’annonce que le chauffage est en panne. J’ai passé 3 nuits avec un chauffage d’appoint. On a même pas pris la peine de me changer de chambre. La chasse d’eau des toilettes fait du bruit toutes les nuits. Le passage de chaque tram est ressenti dans la chambre. Ce n’est pas à la hauteur de la qualité de service que j’ai pu obtenir dans différents de vos établissements en France

La suite familiale est de dimension incroyable…!!! Vous y tenez à peine debout. Les toilettes minuscules. La douche sale avec des traces.
Les traces de moisissures sous votre nez tel un cauchemar.
Nous n’avons pas pu passer la nuit. Et le comble l’hôtel n’a pas accepté de nous rembourser.

Hôtel en plein centre ville mais qui a l’âge de ses fondations.
L’hôtel est en lien direct avec le tramway.
Dès qu’il passe, de 5 heures à 1h du matin, les murs tremblent.
La porte de la chambre, les murs, et les plafonds ne sont pas isolés phonétiquement.
Dès qu’un occupant passe dans le couloir, ferme une porte où marche dans sa chambre, vous partager tous ses faits avec lui.
Malgré un personnel agréable, une literie irréprochable et une chambre spacieuse, je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel.

The location is excellent. The bed was super soft. The only issue was the heater, which didn't seem to be working. We called reception, but no one picked up the phone. It was the end of the year so we were expected to find a few staff. But over all it was good.

Auf unserer Reise durch F haben wir bis anhin 17 Hotels gebucht. Wir konnten überall unseren kleinen Hund auch in den Frühstücksraum mitnehmen - ausser hier, was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich ist. Der Eingang stinkt füchterlich, am Morgen liegt überall schmutzige Wäsche herum. Die Directrice unternimmt nichts!

ma chambre était parfaite literie deco et confort remarquable. Mais j’ai été déçu en arrivant réception dégradée et odeur d’égouts dans l’hôtel. Quel dommage car c’est ce que l’on remarque dès que l’on passe l’entrée. Petit déjeuner pas mal dans l’ensemble, croissant paint au chocolat de très mauvaise qualité. Pourquoi ne pas avoir passer un contrat avec une boulangerie dans le coin pour ce faire livrer des vrais et des croissants pain au chocolat frais et chaud, pour le prix du petit déjeuner c’est le minimum.
