Excelente estadia, adoramos! Quartos grandes, confortáveis, renovados, banheiro bom, elevador, equipe amigável, bom café da manhã. O estacionamento fica na entrada do boulevard principal e é subterrâneo, pois não circula carro no centro. O hotel dá um desconto nesse estacionamento que sai por 12 euros.

Great central location. Lots of places to eat and drink at close by. Staff all lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast is great. In the rooms the shower is the only negative. It looks great but the Bathroom easily floods.
Definitely love to come back.

Could not stay as could not park anywhere as roof rack on roof of car so couldn’t get into the hotel car park ,or any other car park .rang the hotel for advice told a public car park 15 mins away .,looked at it but felt that wasn’t safe .Especialy booked The Best Western as it had a car park .furious and want money back .Had to spend the night in The Campanile outside Reims as safe parking .

Très bien situé , tout peut être fait à pied. L’hôtel n’est pas très grand mais les chambres ont très bien. Propre, la literie est de très bonne qualité. Très bien pour un séjour en famille ou en couple.

Hotel centrale in Reims con parcheggio pubblico sottorraneo di fronte alla struttura. La ragazza della reception è stata meravigliosa e si è prodigata per prenotarci una visita ad una delle cantine dello champagne facendo diverse telefonate (la ringraziamo veramente per il tempo che ci ha dedicato e per il risultato ottenuto; e non è stato facile ma c'è riuscita). Purtroppo, a nostra insaputa, abbiamo pernottato con un chewingum fresco e verde fosforescente (del cliente che aveva pernottato precedentemente a noi in camera e che non era stato rimosso dalle pulizie) appiccicato da qualche parte intorno all base del letto che ci ha sporcato diverse nostre cose (scarpe, vestiti, ecc.) accorgendocene solamente alla mattina a cose fatte. Con questa recensione vogliamo far presente all'hotel che devono dedicare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia delle camere perché queste cose non possono accadere nel 2024. Nello stesso tempo lo lodiamo per il personale della reception che è stato ed è estremamente gentile

Check in good with friendly receptionist. Comfy bed and slept well with surprisingly no noise from street before. Breakfast was good however the staff didn't engage or smile at all but looked grumpy. Door to our bedroom was difficult to open and close as it was swollen so stuck.

When we arrived there was no power for the rooms or key cards. Their seemed to be only one member of staff who was run ragged up and down stairs letting people into room as well as running reception. She took it all in her stride and was full of apologies. She deserves a pay rise and promotion for her efforts. We got power in the rooms later but still no key card. It didn't affect our stay. Location was great, room fine, staff excellent!

La chambre est petite, un peu vieillissante. Pour la literie, on voit qu’elle n’est pas toute jeune non plus. Et pour finir, douche écossaise (le mitigeur de la 305 est à changer, je suppose).
Seul, le personnel et le petit déjeuner sont impeccables.
