Hôtel très bien situé proche de tout.
Parking de l’hôtel surveillé moyennant 9 euros, mais vraiment pratique pour laisser les affaires dans la voiture, on a même pu laisser la voiture jusqu’à 13 h le jour de départ histoire de refaire une promenade bord du lac vraiment magnifique à deux pas de l’hôtel
Mention spécial pour le personnel tous souriant agréable bienveillant ça donne envie de revenir

Très bel hôtel, magnifique immeuble, au coeur des monuments à visiter et du centre ville (pas très éloigné de la gare accessible à pieds). Le personnel est très professionnel et les équipements sont en parfait état.
L'accès en voiture et le parking est compliqué mais l'hôtel propose un parking payant assez grand.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne ins Brithotel Grignan nach Vichy. Personal ist mehr als freundlich, die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet, das Frühstück ist toll, es gibt einen gesicherten Parkplatz mit 5 oder 6 Ladepunkten. Umgebung toll, fußläufig alles erreichbar.

Great location , secure parking at a reasonable price. Breakfast was nice, bit of a pain having no restaurant but there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you can find them through the warren of streets. When we were there Vichy was like a giant building site so took a while to get out but that is no fault of the hotel.

This would have been a lovely place to stay, except for the problem with the room temperature. It was a miserable 84 degrees and there was no way to activate the air conditioning. We asked at the desk and they first said it couldn't be changed. Then they sent a person to show us how to use the in-room thermostat control, but changing the settings did nothing. We called the desk again in the evening and were finally told that the air conditioning was turned off because it's "not needed at this time of year". Our room had a nice balcony, but we couldn't leave the door open because mosquitoes were coming into the room, so we spent a night trying to sleep in a hot room. Fortunately, we were only staying one night.
