Well located and safe hotel. Easy to park and the hotel car park was very secure with a barrier. Important when you have a packed car. Staff very helpful and the food was very good too.

La chambre était limite propre, la housse de couette était tachée, rien de méchant mais….
Moisissures dans la douche
joint de la baignoire pas fait
parois de douche mal posé l’eau passait.
L’eau du lavabo avait du mal à évacuer.
Le personnel était très sympathique et le petit déjeuner était très bien. Je n’ai pas pris de photos pourtant j’y ai pensé.

Sale de bain délabré une trace au plafond a moitié defoncer qui tien a moitié matelas pas très confortable arriver d un bus de chinois insupportable sa crie rien a faire des personnes qui dorme sa plaque les portes bref a très mal dormi sa vaut pas 80€

Although the room details stated they were wheelchair accessible when we arrived we had been allocated first floor rooms, and there are no lifts. Fortunately there was one ground floor room available, not fully accessible but for one night it was manageable.

Notre séjour au Campanile Marsannay s'est très bien passé. Compte tenu de la chaleur, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la fraîcheur en entrant dans la chambre grâce à climatisation que nous avons réglé à notre convenance!

Auf der Rückfahrt aus dem Urlaub, verbrachten wir eine Nacht im Hotel Campanile. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sehr sehr sauber, die gesamte Anlage ebenso und vollständig umzäunt.
Wir kamen gegen 21.00 an, bekamen aber von Enisja im Restaurant noch ein gutes Essen serviert. Das Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl vielseitig.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir,und unsere beiden Hunde fühlten sich wohl.

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé : personnel à l'écoute et disponible dès qu'une demande est réalisée.
Ce campanile, bien que bien entretenu dans l'ensemble, est vieillissant avec les inconvénients qui vont avec. Il mériterait une rénovation mais j'ai cru comprendre que c'était en projet.
3 bémols toutefois : sur les parties communes, le sol dees toilettes était collant et le nettoyage de la cuvette n'a pas été immédiat d'un jour à l'autre.
Sur la chambre, les serviettes et tapis de bain n'étaient pas présents. Je suis allée 2 fois les demander. Le lit était confortable mais le linge était également vieillissant : la housse de couette avait une tache sur le dessus et lorsque j'ai découvert le lit, il y avait un accroc à l'intérieur. Je n'étais là que pour une nuit mais attention à ces détails qui peuvent donner une image écornée d'un hôtel 3 étoiles.
