Un personnel peu professionnel , un buffet cher pour ce qui est propose , le chauffage de la chambre très insuffisant .
Un service de navette aéroport qui n'est pas au niveau ( pas de service en continue ne commence qu'a 18h30 et une seule navette donc obligé de prendre un taxi à chaque fois ) .

Poor customer service. The front desk lady feels tortured when you speak English to her. This hotel is the worst. I recommend not to stay in it. It seems the hotel is trying to save money by cutting down the basics of customers' needs. Shower water barely hot, no shampoo in dispensers or bar soap. Half roll of toilet paper and one towel only for shower. The worst is the shuttle driver, a grumpy old dude with no manners or customer service skills. He wont let you sit where you want yet the shuttle was half full.
This was a horrible experience in this crappy hotel environment. Recommend not to stay in it.

Bon rapport qualité prix, propre , à réserver 2 mois avant votre départ, lit un peu trop mou ou matelas « usagé » manque tasse ou mug pour prendre un café . Sinon calme pour être à 10/25 mn de cdg.

Petit tips, prendre Uber pour aller à l’aéroport revient au même prix que la navette que l’hôtel propose sachant que la navette ne vous pose pas forcément au bon terminal

The staff on arrival were helpful, however the lifts and halls smelled of smoke, all facilities like shuttle to airport and ‘gym’ (one treadmill and one bike) cost extra. The only inclusion was internet but no Netflix or streaming was available either. Would not recommend.
