This is our second stay here at this place. Our room conditions were not quite as nice as the first stay. Room 1702 had tape over the smoke detector and the fan from the air conditioning was very loud. The hotel did fix those issues after we told them about. The room has definitely seen some wear which could be addressed easily. The breakfast could have a little variety but it wasn’t bad.

This Hotel was in an amazing Location. The room was very spacious and (unusual for Paris) and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

あえて言うのであればルームキーピングに入らないので（要請すれば入る？）1週間以上になるとお掃除してもらいたいかも。
パリ滞在は必ず宿泊します。

Chose this property bc it had a kitchen, which was spacious, but dark. It was sufficiently equipped with cooking implements that were in decent condition. We often stay in places with kitchens and sometimes the kitchenware is atrocious, so we appreciated that the equipment was in good shape. The condition and comfort of the room was not accurately depicted on Orbitz however. The carpet really should be replaced. It would make such a difference! And the built in bedside table (looks like a Murphy bed) was not comfortable to use. I had requested a quiet room but even on the sixth floor, late night revelers could be heard. I guess it can't be helped in a big city! The other thing was the room configuration. Very poorly laid out with unusable space in the dark kitchen and overcrowded with the door and unnecessary furniture in the bedroom. As others have commented, complimentary beverages in the reception area and water dispenser for filling your reusable water bottle are very much appreciated!

Geweldige accommodatie midden in Parijs. We hadden een appartement voor vier personen, groot voor Parijse begrippen en met een aparte slaapkamer. De slaapbank had twee delen dus onze kinderen hoefden geen matras te delen ;). Voor het ontbijt moesten we even geduld hebben, want alles was op, maar toen het eten was aangevuld was het echt lekker en ruim voldoende. De medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij waren er twee nachten en konden door de centrale ligging in één dag alle hoogtepunten bezoeken. Top dus!

The property is at an excellent location with walking distance to Notre Dame, Louvre and other tourist spots. There are cafes and restaurants around the area. About the hotel, the lobby looks great but the rooms are very dated. Also daily cleaning is unavailable unless you pay extra fees per day. Towel change and garbage disposal are by yourself everyday. The carpet was really dirty in my room, the curtains falling off, I had to use a rubber band to tie them up together.

So glad we chose to stay at Citadanes! Everything was great! We had a few hiccups but nothing that would deter me from coming back!
Front desk was very kind and very helpful! Unsure why others say they weren’t. We rarely had issues so didn’t need much interaction with them except for a key card replacement. We didn’t have the luxury of checking in early which was unfortunate because we had a very long flight and arrived at the hotel roughly around 11. So had quite a few hours to wait until 3 for check in.
They do have a locked luggage storage/closet that we were able to use, at no charge. A lot to see very close to the hotel so we were able to keep busy while we waited.
Once check in hour arrived, check in was very quick and easy! They seem to have people that speak many languages. To our benefit they spoke English and Spanish.
Rooms were good. They are pretty outdated. The carpet was old. The seams on the floor seemed to be peeling and the bathtub corners could use some repair. Nothing gross though. Other than being outdated it wasn’t dirty. Beds were very comfortable!
Only complaint is the bed in the room was 2-1. It was 2 twins pushed together so at night they’d separate and we’d have a big crack down the middle. That was odd. But otherwise they were very comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean.
You really do pay for the location! So many tourists attractions are less than 10 min walking!
I would highly recommend and definitely be back here for our next trip!

Excellent hotel. The kitchenette was a god send. Great location. Also, the laundry facilities made forvlighter packing. You did have to use an app through.
