If detailed instructions for the shuttle are provided in advance, that would be helpful. Otherwise, I had a good experience.

Pictures were extremely beautiful but when we arrived hotel room was so cheap it was like a motel,not worth the price. But The receptionist was nice

It was within walking distance of the airport (25 mins) and the staff were very helpful.

This property is 5 minutes drive away from the airport. It is very convenient for layover stays. It’s located in a quiet business and residential area. Retail shopping and access to multiple restaurants are not available in the immediate area. I found the staff to be impersonal and matter of fact in their interactions with me. More warmth would have been appreciated.

Perfect, easy, clean airport stopover. We landed at the airport and only waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle. The room was simple but super clean and had everything we needed. The free breakfast was lovely, too.

Very personable and professional staff-always looking for ways to please the guests.

Perfect for an airport stay. Shuttle service worked well. Room was quiet.

Idéale pour prendre le train, désavantage aller manger de l’autre côté, même menu ts les jours, nous y étions 5 jours, en plus dispendieux. À notre arrivée excellent service avec Laura qui nous a permis d’utiliser la piscine Holiday Inn de l’autre côté. Pas de glace, compliqué d’avoir un sceau à glace, nous n’avions pas de frigo dans notre chambre et voulions mettre des Yaourts au frais.

Bel hôtel bien situé, stationnement, personnel accueillant et excellents repas.

Le petit dejeuner n'est vraiment pas appétissant : aucune table débarrassée, manque de choix, produits peu qualitatif, buffet sale. Les draps sont trop petits, résultats ils ne restent pas en place.

This property has no safe in the room, no telephone. If you need to speak with the front desk you have to go to the lobby to do so. The breakfast was horrible, the scramble eggs looked too wet, the bacon was overcooked, the orange juice tasteless, diluted too much. The area around has nothing at all. It feels like you were in the middle of a desert. There was another Holiday Inn across that offers dinner. The service was a 1 star. The waitress brought the appetizer ( salad) with the entree at once. We handed up eating the salad very fast before the main course gets cold. I was in France, I thought the people there know better than that. Anyway my first time and my last time.

Floor in bathroom was worn and looked bad. Toilet paper holder was positioned wrong so paper roll kept dropping to floor. Toilet seat did not fit toilet. Towel rack could not be reached from shower because shower door blocked access to it; put a hook near shower door opening so bath towel can be hung outside shower door. Water and coffee cups upside down on unclean surfaces. Buy disposable cups in plastic wrap so they stay clean.

Staff very friendly.

We have had excellent service in the past at HI Express in many countries around the world which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It also offered shuttle service from the train station and to the airport, both of which we needed. Breakfast was also included. Our disappointment started when we called for the shuttle as required and was told a 5 minute wait. After over 20 minutes we called again and we’re told 5 minutes “maybe”. When the shuttle finally arrived the driver stopped about 40 meters away and was not helpful initially in putting our luggage in the van. Later, when we could not get the tv sound to work, we called reception and were told someone was coming. After waiting 45 minutes we decided to go out to dinner and asked that someone come to our room when we returned. The problem was easily solved upon our return once we knew how to operate the unfamiliar remote but the reception clerk seemed annoyed to have to come and assist us. We arrived for breakfast shortly after 6 am to a lovely spread of a diverse menu of “hot” and cold items. Unfortunately the scrambled eggs were cold and the sausages were barely warm. All in all a disappointing stay. Won’t recommend this hotel.
