Tucked away in the beautiful town of Chablis, this hotel has the aura of luxury and elegance without the price ticket. Very clean, spacious bar, lounge and restaurant. We enjoyed a private sauna and relaxation before an excellent evening meal. The toon was very charming and comfortable with an excellent shower. We decided upon breakfast too, which didn't disappoint having a good selection with some homemade pastries, fruit cocktail and a range of loose teas. A range of cold meats, desserts and cheeses too.

It was a wonderful hotel and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late and no parking was available we had to park in a public lot about 2 blocks away. We had dinner our first night and were disappointed with the limited menu and they seems to be short staff. We think because no place in Chablis is open on Sunday night, everyone in town was eating at the hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked fabulous. That said, we did have a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely shocking booked last minute due to road conditions checked booking for 24hr reception ✅ put message on booking request late check in. Got to property and door is open place was in darkness reception unmanned called the main line no answer called the emergency number no answer waited 20 minutes walking round in the dark to see if someone responded to me.

Tout est bien mais la chambre 10 qui est au bout de l,hôtel est très bruyante car le personnel travaille juste en dessous de la fenêtre et tard le soir, jusqu'à 23h. de plus on entend trop les canalisations d'eau des autres chambres. Le personnel comme l'établissement sont très agréables.

Hospedagem excelente em Chablis! Hotel charmoso bem próximo do centro (cerca de dois minutos andando) com um ótimo restaurante premiado no térreo, com um cardápio delicioso. O café da manhã também é sensacional, com muita variedade de opções de qualidade. (Disponível por 15 euros por pessoa). Quanto em bom tamanho, cama, ar condicionado e travesseiros travesseiros. Banheiro ótimo com boa ducha e bem protegido (o que evita molhação) Estacionamento gratuito. Opcões de vinho com bom preço na recepção. E por falar em recepção, foram super atenciosos, falavam inglês e esbanjaram simpatia, principalmente Mm Matilda! Recomendo, muito!

Cet hostellerie a longtemps été un endroit magique, qualité des chambres, restaurant avec une carte des spécialités diverses.
Aujourd’hui les chambres sont minimalistes, l’éclairage peu pratique, pas de bouilloire, pas de bouteille d’eau. Le flexible de douche est de tres mauvaise qualité. Dommage, vu les prix.
Bref, la seule note sympathique, le petit déjeuner dans le jardin avec de bons produits.

Excellent service et personnel sympathique de l'hôtel à la réception et au petit-déjeuner.
Même si le parking était indiqué lors de la réservation, à notre arrivée, le parking était déjà plein et nous avons dû laisser la voiture dans la rue. Cependant, Chablis étant une ville sûre, cela nous inquiète moins. Je vous suggère d'être informé que le stationnement pourrait ne pas être disponible en raison du taux d'occupation élevé de l'hôtel, comme cela semble s'être produit dans notre cas.
