Hotel B55

Love the quiet location, the well equipped room (get 6th Floor) and even the front desk. Very friendly and accommodating. And please get the Breakfast too... Love the range! Will be back when I'm next in Paris!

Me surpreendi muito na chegada ao hotel, primeiramente fui atendido em português com muita gentileza. Os funcionários foram muito cordiais, educados e receptivos. O quarto impecável, espaçoso, banheiro perfeito no quesito limpeza. Não nos faltou nada durante o período de estadia. Excelente localização, próximo a estação de metrô, de cafés, restaurantes, mercados. Se voltasse a Paris, sem dúvidas ficaria novamente no mesmo lugar.

Overall we had an amazing experience at Hotel B55. From the minute we walked in the door to the time we left after a 5-night stay we continued to be impressed by the attentiveness and hospitality of the staff. The room was very nice and always kept impeccably clean. The sauna/pool was a real treat after a long day of walking around the city. We did not have breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The location is great. Plenty to explore in the area and close to Butte-aux-Cailles which has lots of bars and restaurants. Easy transit access to the city centre and all the tourist spots. The only minor feedback I would give is a lack of hooks in the room and in the pool/sauna area. It’s nice to be able to hang your towel or robe when it is drying or when you are in the pool or sauna. Schone kamer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ideale uitvalbasis om de stad te ontdekken met geweldige bus / metro aansluiting. Nette, veilige en rustige buurt.

The lady at reception was very pleasant an helpful. The room was lovely and the kingsize bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Bien loin des standards d'un 4 étoiles. L'accueil de jour n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Pas d'empathie sur notre voyage d'arrivé, sur notre stationnement pour notre véhicule.Quelques jours avant notre arrivé, un mail nous est envoyé pour savoir si on a des attentes et des questions. Ce mail est resté sans réponse. Vous découvrez que pour accéder à la piscine il faut réserver des créneaux, aucune information nous a été communiqué dans ce sens. L'accueil de nuit est plus chaleureux : nous avons eu un sourire lors de notre retour de dîner et la personne semblait plus avenante. Dîner ou dans le livre d'accueil on vous indique un restaurant qui est un salon de coiffure. Le chauffage se mettait en position 32 degrés sans raison dans une des chambres.Ampoules grillées dans la chambre. Le va et vient pour l'éclairage fonctionne aléatoirement , ce qui fait que vous devez vous relevez pour éteindre la lumière. Très pratique. Vous croisez du personnel de l'hotel dans les couloirs, on ne vous salue pas. Beaucoup de fausses notes dans un hotel qui est bien placé. Et pourtant dans le quartier, un restaurant a su nous accueillir avec gentillesse et sympathie, comme quoi c'est faisable et n'ai pas une tradition parisienne. Et pour finir, quand on rend la clé, pas de questionnement sur notre séjour dans leur hôtel. Sait on jamais si cela donnait des envie de changement.

La chambre était comme la description, la literie parfaite, le personnel très aimable Seul bémol une très mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain

La chambre est assez grande et la terrasse est très sympathique. On a pu profiter de la piscine chauffée pendant plus d’une heure.

Hotel todo bem decorado, aconchegante. Atenção nos detalhes, como água e croissants de cortesia sempre disponíveis. Café da manhã delicioso e completo. Quartos espaçosos, roupas de cama e de banho de qualidade. Bairro tranquilo. Fizemos tudo a pé, inclusive a noite. Único inconveniente foi a forma deselegante e rude com que a senhora do café da manhã se dirigiu a minha família. Demais funcionários gentis. Recomendo.

Disaster! Stayed there two nights and had the worst nights in my life , first they gave me cleaners room as they over booked it second day they said they can change it which was even worse , it was freezing heating didnt work and too much noise from next doors ! I would never stay there again and I dont recommend to anyone !

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in a very quiet area which we appreciated, and it was very easy to access the city center through the metro close by. The reception staff could have been more engaged and service minded. They were friendly when approached, but they never initiated to communicate with us or any other guests. Not once did they mention the pool and sauna facilities to us, how and when we can utilize them, or anything else for that matter, which is below expectations on the general service level for a hotel. The elevator and access to all floors was not secured with a card reader. This means anyone, guest or not, can walk in from the street and access the elevator and all floors without having to swipe a card, which in a city like Paris is a major security concern. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Les enfants ont apprécié le petit déjeuner très varié et excellent. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit.
