Hôtel situé en plein centre ville. Établissement bien entretenu. Chambre lumineuse, lit très confortable, salle de bain petite mais avec l’essentiel. Insonorisation parfaite. Propreté impeccable. Remerciements aux personnels d’accueil, vraiment très gentil et disponible, point super positif! On a passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel et on y retournera sûrement!

Etablissement toujours bien tenu et propre. Les chambres sont plutot petites par rapport aux standards actuels mais pour y dormir c est amplement suffisant. les salles de bain sont pratiques et propres. Bien placé en centre ville pour visiter Toulouse la contrepartie est le bruit les nuits de fin de semaine venant des fetards qui arpentent les rues mais cela est général dans le centre de Toulouse. En tous les cas c est une valeur sure à bon rapport qualité prix selon moi.

We had initially booked a family room, but upon ruturning feom dinner water was leaking from the ceiling.
Fortunately the staff was very helpful and moved us to two rooms. These were small but servicable. Thanks to the staff it ended up alright in the end.

Nous avions réservé une chambre côté cour pour éviter les bruits de la rue au prix de 89 € Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans la chambre 404 sans fenêtre et dans la salle de bains une fenêtre condamnée

This is a well located hotel for a visit to this fascinating city. The staff are friendly. The room was clean and comfortable except for a small shower with an annoying head that keeps slipping and bed pillows that I found a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, Ottawa good choice for a Toulouse hotel.

Très bien situé, Personnel très agréable et professionnel.
Par contre peinture fraiche qui donne mal à la tête, alarme incendie à minuit, pommeau de douche cassé, télévision minuscule, petit déjeuné sans chocolatine mais croissants excellents.
