If you are looking for an affordable, charming, walkable place to stay in Paris this is a great option. We are a family of 3 so I decided to book two rooms, keep in mind the rooms are small but very clean. The service they provided was excellent.
The Tour Effiel was 2 blocks away, there was restaurants, vins, supermarkets, pharmacies just steps away. My family and I enjoyed are stay. I definitely recommend this hotel! Merci !

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort, das Zimmer und das Bad waren zwar sehr klein, aber für so eine kurze Zeit ganz okay. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen geht nur, wenn man einen festen Schlaf hat.

Unfortunately, the room we got had mold in the shower. When we advise the front desk, they tried to tell us that they would clean it. We said it was not a matter of cleaning it, mold needs to be be removed and it would take more than that. They switched us to another room, where the AC was dripping water.

Hôtel mal isolé. La fenêtre donnant sur une petite cour intérieure était restée ouverte après le passage du room service. Après leur intervention, nous avons constaté que les draps fournis étaient sales, avec des taches ressemblant à du sang. L’insonorisation entre les chambres est également très mauvaise. Le prix est élevé pour un établissement de cette qualité. Seul point possitif est l emplacement.

Overall it was okay. I didn’t like that you have to give your key every time you leave the hotel and there is no do not disturb sign to leave on the door. We got cold since they leave the window open after cleaning and we got back late so the room was super cold and gave my husband issues when asked to him an extra blanket and then up the heat. After that no other issues and we got to use the extra blanket for the rest of the stay

I booked a stay at Hôtel de la Tour Eiffel but left on the first night due to an issue with the room temperature. The AC wasn’t working because the hotel uses a system where only heating works in winter, and with winter almost over, the room was too hot to sleep in. The front desk suggested opening the windows, but that wasn’t an option due to the street noise outside. As a result, we couldn’t sleep and decided to leave.
I contacted Hotels.com to report the issue, but the hotel refused to refund, claiming the booking was non-refundable. This wasn’t a problem on my end, as the hotel advertises AC, but it wasn’t available until summer, and this was not disclosed on their website. The hotel’s website also does not mention the heating system or the potential issues with room temperature during transitional seasons.
Furthermore, the rooms were much more deteriorated than in the pictures on their website. The bathroom was incredibly small, and the photos provided create false expectations, showing angles that make the rooms look larger than they are. Some photos even show the exterior of the hotel in two different colors, which adds to the confusion.
Given these issues, I strongly advise against staying here. The lack of transparency and the uncomfortable room conditions made this a highly disappointing experience. I left after the first night, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

En arrivant, nous avons demandé un code pour rentrer tard. il nous a été répondu qu'il y avait toujours quelqu'un de présent pour ouvrir, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 1h du matin, nous avons dû attendre plus de 7mn dehors sans personne pour nous répondre, ni à l'interphone, ni au téléphone ... Dans notre chambre, le dessus de lit chaud avait été enlevé et nous n'avions qu'un tout petit plaid d'été sur le drap. Nous avons donc eu froid toute la nuit, avec le chauffage bruyant et peu efficace. De plus, nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'une de nos valises avait subit un choc et était cassée ... Nous aurions pu attendre un geste commercial de la part des gérants, mais rien ... Nous n'y retournerons pas !!!

I booked the hotel knowing that the rooms and bathrooms were small. This was ok with us as we only sleep there after a long days walking. 1 slight neagtive was the shower curtain likes to hug you whilst in the shower (this would be an easy fix with a weighted bottom curtain). Room was adequated with enough storage space. Peolpe above were very noisy but hotel cant help that
