Intercontinental Marseille is a splendid hotel with a. Extremely professional and friendly staffs and services. It is well located and easy to reach all sites required to be visited in Marseille ... I recommend it strongly for a beautiful vacation experience.

Hôtel très beau, chambres spacieuses et modernes , bistro et repas snack en terrasse moyen et cher, 4 apéritifs presque 80€ pas une Olive ou cacahuètes et une salade César juste salade verte et poulet , une carte sympa mais à revoir pour les quantités et qualité.

Edificio muy bello, con mucha historia. El bar, restaurante muy bonito. Vistas muy bonitas. Habitaciones muy comodas y conntodo lo necesario. Vista muy bonita desde la habitacion. Sin duda un hotel para vivirlo.

Bon séjour bel hôtel. Très bel emplacement et terrasse. prix élevés. Petit déj moyen. En supplément. Rideaux abimés en chambre. ne ferment pas totalement. Service OK.

Hôtel de luxe de haut niveau. Le personnel est nickel. Le petit-déjeuner est plus que parfait. Aucun point noir. Si peut-être le prix mais à ce niveau là, difficile de faire mieux !

The only thing this hotel has going for it is great views. Service and facilities were dismal. My balcony had cigarette butts and matches all over the floor. I called and asked them to clean it when they cleaned my room. They cleaned up some but left others. I asked to talk to the manager and it finally got cleaned. The fitness room felt like an oven. It was so hot and stuffy, I didn’t even work out. The pool doesn’t look like the photos. It’s a small pool in a dark basement. When we checked in, we weren’t told anything. Had to even ask where the elevator was. And they didn’t tell me they were charging my credit card $900 for incidentals, instead of holding it like every other hotels does. It was credited after checkout but for anyone who pays interest on their card, or is reaching their credit limit, this could be a problem. Lastly, the taxi the concierge arranged to pick us up to go to the airport came 20 minutes late. The man on duty didn’t seem concerned; just said, “Oh you have time.” This Intercontinental Hotel acted like it was a 3 star hotel.

The hotel is very good overall. The only problem we had was the taxi reservations. We asked the concierge to reserve a taxi for us, once to go to the restaurant and the other time to go to the airport. Both times the taxi was late, especially the driver of the airport service didn't show up and we had to call for a new one. We almost missed the flight.

El hotel es muy lindo por fuera pero por dentro es super confuso más si vas con niños ,la habitación es como de un hotel 3 estrellas yo estuve con niños y un dolor de cabeza salir de un ascensor para después cruzar una puerta abrirlo con otra llave unas puertas super pesadas no volvería único intercontinental que no me gustó por tema de las habitaciones

We had 2 water leaks on the floor of bath room not resolved during the 3 nights of our stay.

Séjour parfait, avec des personnes qui veulent que le bien être de leurs clients. Cadre magnifique avec vue sur la Bonne mère et accès au vieux port à 2 minutes à pied.

The restaurant is a disgrace. Super slow, chase after people when you paid to ask you if you paid or not. Never seen this in a 5 star hotel!

What an amazing experience! The hotel is gorgeous and in an ideal location for walking and exploring old town. Our room was lovely and perfectly equipped. Our balcony and its view was a showstopper! I could not have enjoyed it more. The service at the hotel was outstanding - from the personal greetings to the extreme helpfulness. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and will always recommend to anyone traveling in the area.
