En nuestra habitación no funcionaba la calefacción, estuvimos dos días reclamando la situación, y solo dos chicos de la recepción se hicieron cargo mandando un radiador portátil.. una pena ya que el hotel está muy bien, en buena zona… pero el seguimiento de los problemas no es bueno, nos fuimos después de 3 noches y nunca funcionó la calefacción.

We spent 2 nights here in the Duplex room. We were escorted to our room by the receptionist who showed us where the breakfast room was and what times it was available. When in the room she showed us how to use all the lights and electric curtains and then left us to get ready for dinner. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much for them to do. The breakfast area was small and a fairly small selection but all very nice and clearly high quality produce and freshly squeezed fruit juice. The hotel was fairly close to most things but if you don’t want to walk 10-15mins then UBER’s were quick to get to the hotel and even when taxi’s were called they arrived in a couple of minutes. Unfortunately we didn’t have chance to try the spa. Fantastic hotel and will stay here again if we come back to Paris.

Unfortunately, the AC does not work well and the room was hot, they didn't replace a light for 2 days on the bed that kept us up one night, we asked for them to make a simple dinner reservation and they said they don't do that. Again, the property was great but for 5 stars, they treated us more like a 2 star hotel.
