Sehr schönes Hotel der Grande poque mit einem sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Schöner Spazierweg am Quai entlang. Hotel direkt am Meer lädt zum schwimmen ein. Absolutes leckeres Frühstück.

Décevant.. voir révoltant , plus de 1000€ la nuit pour une chambre datée, mobilier écorné, défraîchi. Tv non connectée, cast qui ne fonctionne pas.. Énormément d’attente quand on tente d’appeler la réception (quand ça répond..) Service de restauration en chambre limité et pas du tout au niveau.. La terrasse personnelle est grande mais pas du tout bien entretenue, c’est incroyable..
vraiment pas un bon rapport qualité prix, à ce tarif on attend bien mieux d’un 5 Étoiles.
Reste la gentillesse du personnel qui est le seul point réellement positif.

Grande chambre bien équipée.bon petit déjeuner avec vue sur mer .
Seul bémol , la baignoire dans la salle de bain avec un rideau de douche collant à la peau .pour un 5* ça fait un peu ringard et désuet , une paroi de douche en verre serait quand même plus à la hauteur du niveau de l’hôtel !!

Bâtisse ancestrale magnifique mais malheureusement les prestations et le service manquent de perfection pour un 5 étoiles et le prix demandé : attente au bar de 45 mn sans être servies, salle de bain très sommaire, madeleines signature en vente à 12 euros plutôt qu’être données, pas de voiturier, de as d’aide pour les valises, pas d’accompagnement à la chambre.

Very nice luxury hotel, famous for the many stays Marcel Proust had here during the early 1900s. Staff are very helpful and breakfast is excellent. Its restaurant isn’t open all 7 days of the week, but it has a nice bar. It is situated right on the beach, with a range of room options both facing the sea or a view on the lovely gardens and town of Cabourg. The colour schemes for some of rooms and corridors are a bit odd but one gets used to them quickly. Recommended for stays of a few days to relax and enjoy the seaside and offerings of Cabourg.

Loved it! Not only is the property set on the beach, it is essentially the center point of the town - a great little beach town at that. Service was excellent! They went out of their way to arrange transport for us and kept the restaurant open for us so we could eat when we arrived late. Not the most convenient place for Normandy tours but worth the extra trek if you want a bit of beach time. Definitely plan on returning!
