Et hotell med sjarm og god service. Stort rom, flott bad, gode senger. Ansatte hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Koselig frokostsal med variert frokost. Rolig strøk uten trafikkstøy, kort vei til strandpromenaden og stranda. Nær metrostasjon Alsace-Lorraine (som går t/r flyplass). Anbefales!

Super accueil en soirée fait par 2 collaborateur attentionné et très agréable, check in rapide , efficace et avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. J’adore. Chambre propre, moderne, agencée avec goût, TV connectée, petit déjeuner très diversifié et copieux le tout dans un très beau cadre. Je reviendrais !

The hotel staff were amazing especially Stacey and her colleagues. Very helpful friendly welcoming courteous. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location perfect for everything. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great location. 10 minute walk to the sea and Promenade de Anglais. Large and spacious rooms for Europe standards. Most friendly staff at the front desk I experienced in my entire trip. Everyone was very helpful.

For the price, this was a very disappointing stay. The bed was uncomfortable, the room was very small, the common areas are dirty and smelly, but what really took the cake is the fact that when we were going to bed, we saw that the linens were stained with blood. So we went to the desk, only to be given the wrong size linens. Suffice to say, at this price, you do not expect to have to do your own bed at midnight, nor to have to return to the desk twice to do so. At checkout, the employee was dismissive and did not seek to understand why we were dissatisfied with our stay. We also reached out to the hotel after our stay and they never acknowledged or responded to our comments.

We stayed at La Malmaison for 4 nights in August. We opted for the premium room with a terrace and the view was lovely. There were a couple of chairs and a small terrace where we could sip wine and enjoy the sunset every evening. I would recommend the hotel removes the carpet in the rooms as they were slightly stained. There was also some black mould in the bathroom shower. Other than that, we were happy! Breakfast was also yummy.

I had a nice experience at La Malmaison! Super convenient location. Clean rooms and area is walkable. Only a 5 min walk to the beach with dining options available. I would stay here again.

Was great. Since the beginning until our check out. Very easy to get from the train station, with a Carrefour city in case you need very close. Very close to the nicest part of the beach. The people at the reception all 🌟 . Definitely I recomend the place

The service at the hotel was outstanding. Sylvie helped me arrange transfers before my stay via email and it was so helpful. She was also very welcoming when I arrived. The service from all of the staff was great. The location of the hotel is central and walkable. Not directly on the water which was my preference. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. The common areas such as hallways could use a little sprucing up but otherwise, a very nice place to stay.
