Room nice, hotel was lovely and conveniently situated near restaurants, Metro and a short walk from the centre. The lift wasn't working on our visit but thats good as is made us use the stairs. Staff were all extremely helpful and nice, would stay here again.

The best part was shower. The shower room was spacious and had hot, high-pressured shower. The hotel provided the pod-system coffee machine. It’s a few minutes walk to a few subway stops, and is surrounded by many bakeries.

Recommend this hotel! While it did take some time to get to places like the Eiffel Tower via the metro, the hotel is clean, quiet, has great staff and is excellent value.

The positives: The staff are extremely polite and kind. The hotel’s location is quite convenient — not far from the metro and about 20 minutes from Montmartre. As for the room, everything was clean. We had a ground-floor room with a small terrace; the room was rather small but the bedding was comfortable, and the blackout curtains were great. I also liked the choice of pillows. As for the negatives: people in the room next to us were very loud late at night and the walls were quite thin. The soap was not replaced during our weekend stay, so we had to wash with shampoo. Also, our towels, which we had left on the floor, were not replaced. Another small detail — there was no shower cap among the toiletries, so for women, it’s tricky: you have to hold the showerhead because it doesn’t attach to the wall, and the other showerhead is fixed to the ceiling. There’s also no mirror in the room :).

Excellent base in a really nice area with plenty of coffee, drinking, museum and dining options nearby, as well as Metro access. Convenient for Gare du Nord and Gare du Lyon too. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast above expectations (freshly squeezed OJ? Yes please!) and for families they have adjoining rooms that have a separate 'front door' to give you peace and security.

Séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner correct pour le prix (jus de fruits, fruits frais, salade de fruits, boisson chaude, fromages, charcuteries, cornichons, tomates, concombres, pain, viennoiseries, pancakes, œufs brouillés, bacon). Une canette d'eau est offerte à l'arrivée dans le mini-bar, mais non renouvelée. Toute autre demande est payante. La literie est confortable, les draps et serviettes changés à la convenance des clients. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, plutôt bruyante en raison de travaux dans l'un des immeubles à proximité. L'hôtel est un peu vieillissant avec un rafraîchissement de la peinture de la salle de bain à prévoir (écaillage au plafond, certainement en raison de l'humidité). Un bar est mentionné dans le descriptif. Or, si les bouteilles sont bien présentes en fin d'après-midi dans l'espace dédié aux petits déjeuners le matin, il n'y a pas de bar à proprement parler.

Proximity to metro and activities within walking distance was good. The bed comfort was okay. Aspects of the room maintenance was lacking, such as the curtain rod being partially ripped out of the room. I would not recommend a stay here until more care for the rooms maintenance is provided. Cleaning staff were good and timely throughout our stay and reception staff were very friendly. We also had issues with our keycard not working multiple nights in a row.
