Millennium Hotel Paris Charles de Gaulle

The information given to us about the shuttle bus (the last one of the night) was wrong and we ended taking a taxi. The bed was ok for a night. But it is very close to the airport and quiet. The pub personal was friendly and the pizzas are great .

Nothing was unique. There is nothing around, and there are not services available, for example, if you arrive at an odd time, there is no food available beside some sad vending machines. The restaurant only opens at 6 pm. They do not even have a coffee or bar open throught the day. The shuttles are not available all day, rather in the morning or in the evening, so if you make the reservation thinking that you can take a shuttle, then, you are wrong. That happened to me.

Cleanness

It was chaotic and I endured a huge argument between the hotel manager and gusts while I was Tod to wait to check-in it took 20 minutes to do that.

J’ai fait ma réservation depuis le lundi j’ai prévenu que j’allais avoir du retard car mon vol avait été annulé faute de grève à Orly j’ai appelé pour dire que je serai là le samedi matin à 07h au lieu d’être là le vendredi un personnel de la bas a prévenu l’équipe de mon arrivée à mon arrivée on me fait comprendre que ma réservation est là mais qu’il y a une personne dans la chambre que j’ai réservé il me dit d’attendre 08h je me dis bon oki je retourne à 08h le mec me fait comprendre que je dois attendre 11h c’est vraiment une dinguerie c’est le manque de respect et dans tout ça Mr essaye de m’acheter on me disant que l’hôtel m’offre le petit déjeuner cents du m’importe quoi je voulais juste me reposer car j’étais très fatigué bref mauvaise expérience

Booked it for my layover because it had a pool, but as soon as I got in to room and lay down on the bed I was out like a light for 16 hours

Double booked. Furthermore, when I opened my room and go inside, there was an unknown guy lying on the bed. I had to apologize, and needed some minutes walk to the alternate hotel. That was terrible and nightmare before sleeping.

Bad

Close to the airport,few restaurants in near by village,the staff at the desk were unbelievably rude ,very very unproffesional and extremely poor customer service

その日気持ち悪くて、洗面所で吐物をしてしまい申し訳ありませんでした！ 翌日のチェックアウト前に自分なりに綺麗にして帰りました。 お掃除大変だったかと思いますが、快適に過ごすことができたので翌日はスッキリ体調が万全になったのでとても感謝してます。

The rooms are smelling bad and I tried for a week to have a single duway

The pictures online are VERY misleading. I’m sure this was a nice hotel when it was built, but when you arrive it is dingy. The outside looks like it was abandoned. Unkept landscaping, broken sidewalks. The interior isn’t any better. The hallways smell like mold and cigarettes, the ceiling tiles are missing and covered with water stains. Our bedroom was big, but everything was broken and beat up. The carpet had stains where the floor lamp was because it was so old and rusted onto the carpet, the wallpaper was hanging off in chunks, our bathroom floor was soaking wet. It looked like the toilet was leaking, but too tired after traveling to go to the front desk to request a room change. You can see where the tile fell off the walls and was glued back into place. Missing grout, and the grout that was there was moldy. The shower fixture were all mismatched and not well sealed, but surprisingly there was hot water and good water pressure. The fitness center is in a creepy dungeon like basement. We did not go to the pool area, it looked gross. Had a hard time sleeping because the staff was having a party well into the night, 2am with music thumping. The AC was not working. You could hear it, but no air coming out. When you looked at the ceiling to see the filters and light, covered in thick layers of dust. I didn’t read any of the reviews until after we arrived, big mistake. The hotel response is “under construction”. One year later, there is no construction.

Good overnight experience

Apesar do hotel estar situado longe do centro, foi uma grata surpresa a minha estada. Fiquei na suite DOHA, com banheiro novissimo, reformado, com banheira, onde pude relaxar todo fim de tarde, após explorar as maravilhas de Paris.A cama king é extraordinária com roupa de cama de primeira linha. A equipe foi maravilhosa, sempre prestativa. A piscina coberta e aquecida é uma boa opção para quem gosta de nadar e mergulhar. A academia é bem equipada. O café da manhã é do tipo continental, mas atende perfeitamente às necessidades do hóspede. Havia muitos grupos turísticos e equipes de empresas aéreas hospedados e isto tornou os momentos do café da manhã um pouco tumultuados. Havia happy hour todos os dias. Apesar do hotel ser antigo, ainda mostra o seu lado glamouroso que, em épocas passadas, deve ter feito grande sucesso entre pessoas da elite. Para quem viaja de carro ou aterrisa no CDG e aluga um carro, o hotel é uma excelente opção de hospedagem, considerando o custo/benefício. Mas, para quem depende do transporte público, deve considerar o tempo que leva do hotel até os pontos turísticos/interessantes do centro da cidade. O shopping próximo do hotel oferece uma gama enorme de opções de compra e lazer. A Villa pitoresca e histórica dos arredores do hotel proporcionou momentos de descanso junto a natureza, inclusive orientacao turistica e venda de tickets de metrô/ônibus. O traslado do hotel para o aeroporto foi rápido e seguro, com o Suttle disponibilizado pelo hotel.

When calling in for a question, the answering service was impatient and not friendly. I booked it for free shuttle to the airport, but it only operates during certain hours. So still cost me €20 taxi to get there from the airport at night. In the morning, I got there just in time for the last shuttle, but the shuttle already left because shadow was full and they wouldn’t come back for another time although it was only a five minute drive. I also booked it because the breakfast is included. However, the food was horrible.

The room did not have AC and we arrived tired, ready to relax, had to switch rooms. Then we went to the restaurant and it took a very long time for our food to be served. Other than that it was an adequate AirPort hotel. The staff was very nice.

Don't stay here. This was advertised as a 4 star hotel...it was not. It's a crappy airport hotel. I was starving after traveling all day...restaurant not open that day. It was a hot and humid day...no air conditioning. Chipped and worn furniture, thread bare carpet, and downright dirty.

Hotel très bien situé, à 2 pas de CDG et Paris facilement accessible en bus. C'est un peu l'usine, déco un peu vieillote. A la reception ils sont débordés et ne prenne pas de le temps de vous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'hotel. Le personnel de service bar et petit-déjeuner, très sympathique, serviable et prévenant. Petit-dej à 20€ par personne, alors qu'annoncé à 12€ sur Hotel.com :( Pratique mais je ne suis pas sur de renouveler.

Front desk was not nice at all and didn’t even mention that there was a shuttle when we asked about transportation twice.
