Great location for two nights, in the grounds of the palace, lovely surroundings walking the dog past fields of horses! Excellent dinner in the Veranda restaurant. Amazing staff.

Stayed in the palace after accidentally booking the pavilion (which is the same as the annex - confusing room listings). Was not very full in late August so they were able to upgrade (for a fee) to the room I should have booked to start with. The annex building has large rooms from our few minutes in one but the whole building smells musty. The older building is more expensive but nicer and the rooms are still large. Service was very quick bringing bags and room service. The rooms are a bit older but relatively well maintained and nicely appointed. Easy walk to Versailles - it’s literally across the street to enter the gardens. Only thing we didn’t like is the pool has a weird rule that everyone must be in bathing attire, even if you’re not swimming and just there to supervise a kid. I thought that was a little intrusive but apparently wearing a bathrobe was acceptable, half expected the lady supervising the pool to insist on looking underneath. Made one of the reasons I picked the spot (pool for my child) a bit of a weird vibe instead of the perk I was looking for.

This hotel is amazing. We loved everything about it. It was quiet, the service was fantastic and they even gave us extra bottles of water when we left. I can’t wait to come back.

The room seemed like it needed some TLC and updating. Did not match the quality of the remainder of the hotel. Could have been the older building, but was lack luster compared to lobby and restaurants

Quand vous vous attendez à un palace et que vous finissez dans un 4* poussif aux imperfections multiples, la déception est immense. La dénomination pavillon 4 star signifie que vous ne serez pas logés dans le palace mais dans le business center, bien moins luxueux. Vous avez rapidement l’impression d’être un hôte de seconde catégorie. « Nous avons oublié de vous montez une de vos valises ? Pardon Monsieur. » « Non, monsieur, vous ne pouvez pas dîner à l’hôtel sans avoir réservé à l’avance, même si vous venez d’arrivez et que vous aviez signalé être accompagné d’une personne âgée handicapée. » « La climatisation de votre chambre ne fonctionne pas ? Nous pouvons mettre à disposition un ventilateur si vous le souhaitez »(elle sera toujours en panne à notre départ au mois d’août en pleine vague de chaleur, tout comme le téléphone de la chambre). Considérons que la pression de la douche est une mesure de développement durable… Pour atteindre la très belle piscine, il vous faudra passer par un long sous terrain sans charme. Munissez vous de votre CB physique car le paiement sans contact est lacunaire. Le parking gratuit est en fait payant pour le business center. L’accès au wifi est d’un autre âge : on vous affilie à un club Hilton à des fins marketing avant de vous proposer un service premium à 10€ par jour auquel vous échappez par l’intermédiaire d’un code promotionnel. Le débit est aléatoire avec de multiples déconnexions en télétravail : un comble pour un business center.

Rendez-vous est déjà pris à la fin du mois pour l’anniversaire de ma femme ainsi que pour Noel. Nous adorons cet hôtel et avons toujours du mal à le quitter. Le restaurant La Véranda est très bon, le personnel est très attentionné et c’est toujours un plaisir de retrouver des personnes que nous connaissons depuis 8 ans. Un remerciement spécial à Elodie cette fois-ci pour ses attentions au petit déjeuner ; mais nous pourrions citer tellement de personnes. À noter que les enfants sont reçus avec beaucoup de plaisir et d’attention. Le SPA est un vrai plus et la piscine est exceptionnelle (sa rénovation est une réussite). Cet hôtel est un lieu plein de calme et de charme, un petit coin de paradis dans lequel nous nous sentons comme « à la maison ». Nous adorons !

This is the place to stay if you are staying in. Versailles. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed both stays.

We stayed one night as we intended to visit the Versailles and Mary Antionette palaces. The staff helped us get tickets at short notice. Property is well situated if you are visiting the gardens and the palaces. We stayed in the Pavillion part of the hotel which was very good. The Palace part is 5 star and much nicer. However for ine night we were very happy with our choice. Breakfast was included and the buffet breakfast was very good and was supplemented with a choice of egg dishes which you ordered from the menu. Comfortable bed and bathroom facility. The hotel had two restaurants but we did not eat there because of shortage of time but both looked very nice. One was a Gordon Ramsey restaurant where you needed advance reservation and looked very nice from the outside.

Best location. Great staff, very attentive. Location is perfect. Do not miss bike ride around Versailles.

Nous sommes allés à cet hôtel pour passer un week-end spa vu le temps pluvieux. Malheureusement arrivant à l’accueil on nous informe que le hammam est fermé, mais que le sauna est actif. Nous décidons tout de même de rester. L’accueil au passage était particulièrement expéditif et hautain. Arrivés à la piscine relativement froide le soir, on nous dit que le hammam est effectivement fermé et que le sauna l’est également. Nous n’aurions pas réservé dans cet hôtel si nous l’avions su, malheureusement rien n’était indiqué sur hôtels.com lors de notre réservation. Nous l’avons signalé lors de notre départ à la réception, qui nous a dit que c’était affiché sur le site internet et que l’hôtel n’était responsable des affichages d’hôtels.com ; toujours avec le même comportement expéditif. Au passage leur site internet indique bien la fermeture du hammam mais ne signale rien concernant le sauna. À 520€ la nuit, on peut espérer avoir à minima un spa et un service accueillant. Idem pour réserver l’un des deux restaurants, 10min à attendre sur l’assistant vocal pour à la fin vous dire de laisser un message sur une boîte vocale. J’épargne le fait que la vaisselle du petit déjeuner n’était pas propre (traces de rouges à lèvres). Nous sommes extrêmement déçus et ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel, malgré le lieu idéal et les espaces communs magnifiques.

The hotel is elegant with beautiful grounds and has all the modern conveniences. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was lovely. The Waldorf Astoria is also located next to Versailles place and grounds.

Love this hotel, staff is very friendly and professional, though I wish rooms are a bit more spacious, also I paid for 2 rooms for 5 people but surprised to see only 1 bathroom, other room doesn’t has bathroom.

Parfait comme d’habitude et le restaurant « La véranda «  toujours aussi bon et agréable

I wish the Hilton had made the rooms more pretty, not so modern with mirrors facing the beds and the ugly cabinet doors. It’s such a beautiful and historical palace. However it’s a beautiful place and I will absolutely be returning again the service and everyone working there was very kind and it was very clean.

Bad AC system, room condition not as expected. Staff was not helpful. Room we had was with very bad smell
