We stayed in Room 112, which had a very nice view of the street. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right at the pedestrian area near all the shops, restaurants, and specialty stores for mechanical clocks and Lederhosen. It is also a very convenient 5-minute drive to the ticket center for Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein castles.
Please note that parking is limited; you must reserve a spot in advance, which costs 12 Euro per night.
While the location is great, the room amenities were a bit of a letdown. The Wi-Fi was very low quality in our room. There was no tea kettle or cups provided (though there is a mini-fridge). We had to request a kettle from the front desk and were then sent to the restaurant to get our own cups. No tea or coffee is provided in the rooms.
The spa features a Finnish sauna (complimentary robes, slippers, and towels provided), but be aware it is a textile-free/nude area. The two jacuzzi tubs cost 5 Euro for 12 minutes, or you can book them for private use for 99 Euro for two people.
The included breakfast was very nice with plenty of variety. We also tried the restaurant for dinner; the atmosphere was pleasant, though the quality of the dessert wasn’t quite up to the standard of the rest of the meal.
Overall, a great spot for sightseeing, but could improve on in-room comforts.

Room was quite warm at night. There was a window/door that could be opened on to a balcony, but invariably someone would start smoking below (we were on the second floor) and we'd need to close it. Also there was a lot of street noise, so we'd close the door to block it out.
The shower valve was not temperature-controlled and would frequently go from normal to scalding. Turn down the temp and then it would be too cold. The sink water temp was also a bit awkward to control, but at least not as dangerous.
The room itself was just a bit too small. Finding a place to lay out two suitcases for easy access over several days took some cleverness.
This is the sixth hotel we've stayed in during our 2+ week Germany trip and it was a bit disappointing compared to the others.

cena,parking para el coche y que nos acompañaba nuestra perrita que fue
muy bien tratada nos encontramos que

porque habia un grupo grande y estaba
completo.Despues de varias conversa
ciones y aguantar la poca empatia de
esta señorita con sus miradas intimida
torias y alta prepotencia que insistia continuamente que no nos entendia
ni ganas tenia nos dicen que podriamos
cenar a las 19h.Obviamente cenamos en otro sitio cercano muy a gusto y tran
quilos.Sirva esta aclaracion para que
si no soys un grupo numeroso dejeis
bien claro lo de la reserva de la cena
lastima que este problema que no me
habia pasado nunca y llevo toda la vida viajando empañe la calificacion de un gran establecimiento que brilla a alto
nivel por servicios,calidad y eficiencia
general de casi todo el personal.

The lady at the reception desk was rude. There was an issue regarding parking. We had a hard time understanding her and needed more explanation of which we felt she was impatient with us as hotel guests. Also, the air conditioner in our room dripped water onto the floor all night. We had to put towel on the floor to absorb the water.
