On our first day, Andy went above and beyond to give us some great recommendations on things to do around Köln. The entire staff was friendly. What a truly exceptional hotel! You can tell what pride the staff take in making their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Francisco especially went out of his way to give recommendations and help with all aspects of my stay. Great location, an easy 5-minute walk to the main train station and cathedral (thanks to clear instructions provided by the hotel in advance). The rooms are cozy, very clean, and very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet is the best I had on my multi-city trip! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

All of the members of staff I interacted with we exceptionally friendly and kind, the breakfast in the mornings was varied and excellent all around, the room was well equipped and perfect for one person. I had a wonderful stay at this small boutique hotel. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and very helpful (even when I was completely clueless haha).
