The hotel is overall in good condition and very clean. However, you can tell that quite a few years have passed since its last thorough renovation. The food is excellent, but in my opinion, the main downside of the hotel is the alcohol. All the cocktails taste the same and feel like they contain hardly any alcohol. The wine, honestly, is below any reasonable standard. The entertainment is generally good for kids, and the service is extremely friendly and pleasant. Overall, it’s a very good hotel. The main thing I believe should be improved, especially considering it’s an all-inclusive resort, is the quality of the alcohol, which is currently well below expectations.

Visited here 12th to 19th June. We were a group of five - My wife & I then our daughter, partner & 18 month old grandson.
All-inclusive had never really appealed to my wife & I before, mainly because she is Coeliac, and we have a general lack of confidence with sourcing gluten-free dining when abroad. But our daughter really wanted to stay here, so we agreed after reading a few positive reviews with regards allergy care.
So, firstly, check-in was a breeze. Great staff from the get-go. Excellent room with a sea-view, finished to a very high standard - And everything working as it should.
When we went to the restaurant for the first time later that first day, we asked about gluten-free options. We were introduced to Cindy & Jessie (who just happen to be sisters). They explained they had a separate kitchen for preparing food such as gluten-free. We were given lots of information & sheets to fill out with my wife’s food choices (on a day-by-day basis for variety).
Not only were we very impressed & re-assured with regards this process (again Cindy & Jessie were brilliant), the food for my wife was great. And for the rest of us, what we had during our stay was also very good. Food in the a-la-carte Italian, was fabulous.
The hotel & resort itself is lovely. And everything about the service we received was brilliant. As a family, and individually, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would’t hesitate to recommend the hotel. It’s somewhere we’d certainly return.

Loma ylitti kaikki odotuksemme!
Hotelli on iso, siellä on useampi allas ja meren ranta vieressä. Hotellilla oli 3 a la carte ravintolaa (aasialainen, italialainen ja kreikkalainen) ja todella todella laaja buffet. Vaikka all inclusiveen kuului vain yksi a la carte -illallinen, meille tarjottiin toinenkin hotellin puolesta -ihan vain koska ravintolassa oli tilaa. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja palvelu pelasi koko ajan. Huoneeseen tuotiin välipaloja ja pullovettä, minibaarin sisältö kuului huoneen hintaan ja sitä täytettiin ahkerasti.
Vesipuistossa oli melko rauhallista joka tarkoitti ettei jonoa ollut ja lapset nauttivat. Ihan mahtavaa että sinne saattoi mennä tekemään pari laskua ja sitten mennä hotellin altaalle takaisin. Hengenpelastajia oli runsaasti joka paikassa ja kovalla tuulella pitivät huolen ettei liian pienet saaneet laskea korkeassa liukumäessä jossa tuuli saattaisi tarttua renkaaseen.
Vaikka paikka on lapsiperheille unelma, oli nuorisolle järjestetty ”party bus” kahdesti viikossa, Falirakiin ja Rhodoksen kaupunkiin, joten täysi-ikäinen lapsi sai myös omaa ohjelmaa. Hotellilla oli joka ilta joku esiintyjä/show. Sieltä ei siis tarvinnut lähteä minnekään eikä ihan lähistöllä mitään oikein ollutkaan supermarketteja lukuunottamatta. Kohde oli n.35 min päässä lentokentältä ja n.45min päässä kaupungista ja kaupunkiin oli hyvät bussiyhteydet.

Nice views, nice beach. We were there 1 week with kids and we didn't need to leave the hotel area at all: nice pools and water park and beautiful beach. Very easy and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay as a multi generational family with a young child but never really loved the resort - there is nothing I can put my finger on but we just could not warm to the feel of the resort- it’s good but didn’t hit great.

Great hotel in very good condition and lots to do as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt well looked after by all staff. Our neurodiverse child didn’t eat anything from what was on offer during our stay but we had planned for this and brought safe foods from home.
The water park was a highlight and swim up room was a fantastic option. We went at the end of April when the hotel had just opened for the season and it was relatively quiet which made for a pleasant stay.

Very nice stay at the hotel. Special remarks about the food, which was delicious even in the buffet restaurant. Very good service, and lots to do for the kids. Nice location by the sea, with an easy access by bus or car to Rodos/ Lindos. Quiet area so well suited for a family holiday. Our room was situated right above the ”main stage”, so some noise in the evenings but it did not bother our sleep anyway. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great autumn holiday week here. Food was good, pool area nice, drinks good.
The room was good, quiet, comfortable bed, but comparing with other 4* or 5* hotels it was not on that level: there was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion which I expect to get in this level hotel. Pillows were not comfortable at all, made out necks hurt.
Service varied based on person: lobby bar had a wonderful gentleman serving us, and a couple of waitresses in the restaurant were smiling and friendly - where as others looked grumpy and non-serviceminded.
Room cleaning was good, no complaints.
Pool water was COLD (it was mid October), sea was warmer, but access to sea was a bit difficult with stones and right in front of the hotel there was no beach, just big stones.
Sunrises were beautiful ❤️
Hotel minimarket had good prices. Spa was very expensive.
We witnessed the lifeguard at the pool accusing a couple of guests lying about their age (the whirlpool had age limit 14) - I found that extremely rude, and the boy (who looked 16) was there with his dad!
All in all a good stay. Kids loved the water park so if traveling with kids, I might consider coming back but if in adult company I would go somewhere else (a more quiet hotel).

Bereits der freundliche CheckIn, welcher mit alkohlfreiem Cocktail startet, mit dem Golfwägelchen zum Zimmer gebracht werden, mehrfach mit Sekt, Obst, Süßigkeiten,.... auf dem Zimmer überrascht zu werden. Einfach unfassbares Verwöhnniveau. Essen zweimal in den Spezialitätenrestaurants, Trinken an den unzähligen Bars. Der Freizeitwert des Hotels mit den Rutschen für den Teenie: unbezahlbar - das Kind war eigentlich nie da..... Direkter Meerzugang, frische Handtücher, einfach ALLES STIMMIG. Es war herrlich, ein Urlaub der Superlative.

Insgesamt war das Hotel sehr schön, sauber und toll für Kinder.
Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat war das Hauptrestaurant. Es war ein Gedränge am Buffet, die Tische sehr eng gestellt und es war wirklich sehr laut, sodass man sich kaum verstehen konnte. Der Service kam nicht hinterher die benutzten Teller abzuräumen und die Getränke an den Tisch zu bringen. Außerdem war die Auswahl und der Geschmack der vegetarischen Speisen insgesamt schlecht, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen. (Die Fleisch und Fischgerichte können wir nicht bewerten). Sogar bei den einfachen Nudeln schmeckten nach nichts, weil sie anscheinend ohne Salz gekocht wurden.
Obwohl das Hotel und der Urlaub sonst toll waren, würden wir es aufgrund der ungemütlichen Atmosphäre im Hauptrestaurant und der Qualität des Essens nicht noch einmal buchen.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, geräumig und sauber. Die Pools waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und besonders für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung (Tennisplatz, Tischtennisequipment, Ausstattung der Kinderbetreuung) ist jedoch teilweise defekt bzw. spärlich - hier müsste definitiv öfter etwas erneuert werden. Beim Buffetessen sollte man sich an die Speisen vom Livecooking halten, die durchweg sehr gut waren. Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotelli on iso, siellä on useampi allas ja meren ranta vieressä. Hotellilla oli 3 a la carte ravintolaa (aasialainen, italialainen ja kreikkalainen) ja todella todella laaja buffet. Vaikka all inclusiveen kuului vain yksi a la carte -illallinen, meille tarjottiin toinenkin hotellin puolesta -ihan vain koska ravintolassa oli tilaa. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja palvelu pelasi koko ajan. Huoneeseen tuotiin välipaloja ja pullovettä, minibaarin sisältö kuului huoneen hintaan ja sitä täytettiin ahkerasti.
Vesipuistossa oli melko rauhallista joka tarkoitti ettei jonoa ollut ja lapset nauttivat. Ihan mahtavaa että sinne saattoi mennä tekemään pari laskua ja sitten mennä hotellin altaalle takaisin. Hengenpelastajia oli runsaasti joka paikassa ja kovalla tuulella pitivät huolen ettei liian pienet saaneet laskea korkeassa liukumäessä jossa tuuli saattaisi tarttua renkaaseen.
Vaikka paikka on lapsiperheille unelma, oli nuorisolle järjestetty ”party bus” kahdesti viikossa, Falirakiin ja Rhodoksen kaupunkiin, joten täysi-ikäinen lapsi sai myös omaa ohjelmaa. Hotellilla oli joka ilta joku esiintyjä/show. Sieltä ei siis tarvinnut lähteä minnekään eikä ihan lähistöllä mitään oikein ollutkaan supermarketteja lukuunottamatta. Kohde oli n.35 min päässä lentokentältä ja n.45min päässä kaupungista ja kaupunkiin oli hyvät bussiyhteydet.

Nice views, nice beach. We were there 1 week with kids and we didn't need to leave the hotel area at all: nice pools and water park and beautiful beach. Very easy and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay as a multi generational family with a young child but never really loved the resort - there is nothing I can put my finger on but we just could not warm to the feel of the resort- it’s good but didn’t hit great.

Great hotel in very good condition and lots to do as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt well looked after by all staff. Our neurodiverse child didn’t eat anything from what was on offer during our stay but we had planned for this and brought safe foods from home.
The water park was a highlight and swim up room was a fantastic option. We went at the end of April when the hotel had just opened for the season and it was relatively quiet which made for a pleasant stay.

Very nice stay at the hotel. Special remarks about the food, which was delicious even in the buffet restaurant. Very good service, and lots to do for the kids. Nice location by the sea, with an easy access by bus or car to Rodos/ Lindos. Quiet area so well suited for a family holiday. Our room was situated right above the ”main stage”, so some noise in the evenings but it did not bother our sleep anyway. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great autumn holiday week here. Food was good, pool area nice, drinks good.
The room was good, quiet, comfortable bed, but comparing with other 4* or 5* hotels it was not on that level: there was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion which I expect to get in this level hotel. Pillows were not comfortable at all, made out necks hurt.
Service varied based on person: lobby bar had a wonderful gentleman serving us, and a couple of waitresses in the restaurant were smiling and friendly - where as others looked grumpy and non-serviceminded.
Room cleaning was good, no complaints.
Pool water was COLD (it was mid October), sea was warmer, but access to sea was a bit difficult with stones and right in front of the hotel there was no beach, just big stones.
Sunrises were beautiful ❤️
Hotel minimarket had good prices. Spa was very expensive.
We witnessed the lifeguard at the pool accusing a couple of guests lying about their age (the whirlpool had age limit 14) - I found that extremely rude, and the boy (who looked 16) was there with his dad!
All in all a good stay. Kids loved the water park so if traveling with kids, I might consider coming back but if in adult company I would go somewhere else (a more quiet hotel).

Dieses Hotel mit seinem durchweg freundlichem Personal und der absolut hohen Qualität und riesigen Auswahl an Speisen hat bei weitem unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Bereits der freundliche CheckIn, welcher mit alkohlfreiem Cocktail startet, mit dem Golfwägelchen zum Zimmer gebracht werden, mehrfach mit Sekt, Obst, Süßigkeiten,.... auf dem Zimmer überrascht zu werden. Einfach unfassbares Verwöhnniveau. Essen zweimal in den Spezialitätenrestaurants, Trinken an den unzähligen Bars. Der Freizeitwert des Hotels mit den Rutschen für den Teenie: unbezahlbar - das Kind war eigentlich nie da..... Direkter Meerzugang, frische Handtücher, einfach ALLES STIMMIG. Es war herrlich, ein Urlaub der Superlative.

Insgesamt war das Hotel sehr schön, sauber und toll für Kinder.
Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat war das Hauptrestaurant. Es war ein Gedränge am Buffet, die Tische sehr eng gestellt und es war wirklich sehr laut, sodass man sich kaum verstehen konnte. Der Service kam nicht hinterher die benutzten Teller abzuräumen und die Getränke an den Tisch zu bringen. Außerdem war die Auswahl und der Geschmack der vegetarischen Speisen insgesamt schlecht, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen. (Die Fleisch und Fischgerichte können wir nicht bewerten). Sogar bei den einfachen Nudeln schmeckten nach nichts, weil sie anscheinend ohne Salz gekocht wurden.
Obwohl das Hotel und der Urlaub sonst toll waren, würden wir es aufgrund der ungemütlichen Atmosphäre im Hauptrestaurant und der Qualität des Essens nicht noch einmal buchen.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, geräumig und sauber. Die Pools waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und besonders für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung (Tennisplatz, Tischtennisequipment, Ausstattung der Kinderbetreuung) ist jedoch teilweise defekt bzw. spärlich - hier müsste definitiv öfter etwas erneuert werden. Beim Buffetessen sollte man sich an die Speisen vom Livecooking halten, die durchweg sehr gut waren. Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit.
