The hotel was a last minute booking and we were so pleased we chose it. The staff were friendly and helpful and kind. The price was very modest so we were very happily surprised to find it was such a clean, bright hotel with a lovely room and bathroom and all that we needed in amenities. It was in a nice quiet street near the port and ferries to the Greek islands. We would stay there again.

O Faros é uma excelente opção para quem irá ingressar nos cruzeiros saídos de Pireus. Bem proximo ao porto, próximo ao comércio e restaurantes, numa região estratégica e segura. Atendimento excelente, quarto grande e limpo.
Oferece opção de cafe da manhã continental por 8 euros e que vale muito a pena.

Pelabuhan Piraeus berjarak 10-15 menit dengan berjalan kaki ke hotel: dari pelabuhan, melanjutkan ke Akti Miaouli Street menuju Gate 10. Dari sini, seberangi jalan menuju Skouze Street, kemudian susuri Skouze sejauh 2 blok. Belok kanan di Notara Street, tempat Faros 1 berada. Untuk Faros 2, terus hingga melewati Faros 1, lalu belok kanan di Kolokotrini Street. Faros 2 adalah yang kiri.

If you like to sleep on rock hard mattresses then this is your hotel. To top it off the single sheet quilts were provided that you have to put on yourself.

Der Empfang war freundlich,die Bar ist zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber .Die Möbel sind nicht mehr ganz die jüngsten aber völlig in Ordnung. Abzug gibt es nur für das Bett,das war die härteste Matratze auf der ich je gelegen habe.

For a 3 star hotel, it was what mattered the most clean and safe, the set up for the beds was 2 single beads side by side to make a queen bed, but it's workable and for us was all good, as it had a friendly staff, it was clean and safe, we received a 1 lt bottle of water upon arrival, and the room was ready early, good people at the hotel.
