La chambre en est elle même est convenable mais le bruit autour est insupportable. Aussi la chambre était mal nettoyé avec par exemple la cuvette des toilettes cassée

Una struttura vergognosa, sporca, senza ascensore (le camere sono al secondo piano) e con aria condizionata praticamente assente. Ci siamo dovuti perfino comprare la carta igienica da soli. Il bagno era illuminato da un neon con una luminosità praticamente inesistente. Il tetto bassissimo. La doccia era circondata da una tenda fuori misura che, quando il getto dell’acqua era sufficiente, allagava tutta la stanza. In 5 giorni non hanno cambiato le lenzuola nemmeno una volta. L’assistenza era inesistente, poiché il check-in quasi sempre chiuso. Abbiamo segnalato tutto a Expedia, ma non ci hanno aiutato in alcun modo, se non un'assistenza virtuale priva di riscontro concreto (vi aiuteremo, vi faremo sapere prontamente, è nostra responsabilità e altri bla bla bla...). Abbiamo letteralmente abbandonato la struttura all’alba, anticipando la partenza rispetto alla data per cui avevamo regolarmente pagato. A proposito: la piscina mostrata nelle foto è di un’altra struttura e la stanza è diversa da quella che mostrano. Impressionante il rumore percepito nella stanza per via del locale posto in basso alle stanze! Fate attenzione: EVITATE questa struttura e anche Expedia, che non ci ha fornito alcun supporto, facendoci attendere inutilmente risposte che non sono mai arrivate in tempo.

The experience was good, the room did the job and was clean, but the location was on the worst party street in town. At night there was loud music until almost 5am.

Even though our initial impression at arrival was disappointing we in the end enjoyed our stay at Malia. This especially because the housekeeping lady as well as the receptionist where very friendly and helpful. My overall impression of Malia is not the best. This is due to the extrem noise (as our room was located to the party street) . Bed lining ripped and with cigarette burn holes, not sufficient cutlerie and pots and a missing shower curtain in the bathroom. Being charged extra for AC seems unusual to me even when being mentioned in the hotel description at the very end. What stroke me most was the fact that the back-office lady threatened me to involve a lawyer and sue me in case I would not withdraw my initial guest feedback at arrival

Not as advertised or as pictures shown. I'm happy to do rustic or shaby, but this hotel was not that...

1. aircon should definitely be included in the price 2. the rooms are dirty, they smell like sewage. The shower is open so the whole bathroom is wet after taking a shower 3. very loud at night, many britains that are screaming, knocking on other doors and having a party in their rooms even though the place is in the center of Malia‘s party life. 4. you feel uncomfortable all the time because the staff is not responding to a simple ,,hello“ or ,,can you help me real quick?“ - i felt ignored. The ladies at the 24/7 tobacco store across the street are very friendly though and they helped guiding me through Malia. It was okay for a few days, but I wouldn‘t do that again. Don‘t forget your Oropax.

L’établissement propose un tarif très bas et vraiment abordable pour tous, la situation géographique est vraiment parfaite, en plein centre ville, énormément de magasins à proximité, des bars, restaurants et boites de nuits de quoi faire pour manger et sortir si l’on aime passer des vacances à s’amuser, la plage est à 5 minutes à pieds et la piscine que l’établissement propose est vraiment très bien et propre! La personne à la réception est très sympathique. Point négatif: la propreté de la chambre n’était pas au top, il y avait une armée de moustique mort écrasés au mur dans la salle de bain😂 et aussi des toiles d’araignée sous la table de nuit, De plus l’établissement se situant au beau milieu des boites de nuit il y a constamment du bruit nuit et jour, et l’isolement de la chambre n’est pas super, on entendait les voisins aller au toilettes et la musique jusqu’à 4h du matin! Mais franchement nous ne sommes pas à plaindre vu le prix très bas de ce logement cela reste très correct et tout les équipements nécessaires sont fournis! Manque peut être juste un rideau de douche pour éviter de transformer la salle de bain en piscine et un micro onde pour réchauffer les plats. 😂

Struttura sporca, dal pavimento alle lenzuola non c'era niente di pulito. Aria condizionata a pagamento della quale non si può fare a meno perché il rumore della strada è dei locali è insostenibile. Siamo scappate dopo il primo giorno! Le foto sul sito Non corrispondono alla realtà, quando abbiamo fatto presente questa cosa ed anche della sporcizia trovata si sono comunque negati di farci un rimborso. Terribile

Sehr gute Hotel, für Party Leute einfach krasse Atmosphäre Pool Party usw.

I knew this hotel would be noisy, being in the heart of the strip, but what I was not prepared for was the round the clock auditory assault on my mortal senses. The whole place is designed with such terrible acoustics that a gentle closing of a door sounds like a sack of cement dropped 50ft from a loading crane. Anyone walking down the corridor will sound like Godzilla stomping around inside a cathedral. Even the dropping of coins on the floor (an oddly frequent event in the room next to me) is so nerve jarringly loud I was awoken constantly thinking Scrooge McDuck had broken into my room. The rhythmic pounding of deep house music from the local bars subsides at around 05:30, and after the bellowing of football chants and indecipherable nonsense at around 06:00, you get a blissful 2 hours of sleep before the cleaning lady commences her rounds. Now as a former cleaner, I can tell you that if you don't need to use a vacuum, the task can be completed in near silence. Such facts are unknown to the lady here who is apparently a disciple of Cakophanus - the greek God of making an unholy racket. Now, I only fixate on the noise because I, like you, am human, and do need to sleep at least once in a week. Taking the noise issue aside the hotel is handy for the pool parties and is excellent value for money in the high season. Sadly its hard appreciate these things in the depths of insomnia. Whoever wrote "no rest for the wicked" might have been staying at Oasis Studios.

Hôtel bas prix très très mal organisé , aucun d’hygiène aucun respect de la clientèle … pas de repos possible la femme à l’accueil fait que hurle à bénir

Great location and pool, room "barely basic", outdated, noisy at night but was not expensive.

Bei Ankunft erfuhren wir dass wir für Klimaanlage separat bezahlen müssen. Wir haben ein Zimmer auf der Pool Seite gebucht, trotzdem war es die ganze Nacht sehr laut. Türen wurden sehr hart geschlossen. Doppelbett gebucht, jedoch eizelbetten bekommen. Sehr billige Zimmer und Toilettenausstattung. Nie wieder.

Very dirty..unfriendly..very unprofessionell ...rooms are not like the fotos
