Santa Maria Village

Overall we liked this resort. The front desk staff were super helpful, the pool was really nice and the breakfast buffet was very good. The room itself was fine - clean and comfortable but nothing special (the “garden view” wasn’t much to look at). Housekeeping did a good job. Good location for getting into Adamantas but also felt remote enough to get away. The two reasons for 4 rather than 5 stars were (1) my daughter tried on two occasions to order nonalcoholic versions of cocktails but the pool staff was unable to accommodate this which made no sense since for example we saw they had nonalcoholic tequila and she requested a margarita with that. I don’t know why they were so inflexible (and the drinks and food at the pool were not cheap!) and (2) we were supposed to get 20 percent off the spa. I had to remind them of this at checkout and then they only gave us 10 percent off which (my bad) I did not realize until after we checked out. To their credit they arranged with our next hotel to apply some of it but were unable to credit our credit card for the difference.

The resort was clean, well presented and well maintained. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, although the door lock took some getting used to. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices from fruit, cereal and yoghurt to baked items and hot food including bacon and eggs. The only slight downside was the location which was a bit of a hike to the port town. There is a walking path that is well sign posted, beware using Google Maps as it will want to take the long way even when set for walking. We found Apple Maps found the best walking path to the port town.

The property is close to the port, well maintained, has a pool and the staff were wonderful. Easy to park your car if you have one.

This hotel was beautiful! Walking distance to port maybe a 10 minute walk. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Front desk staff makes you feel so welcomed, we were greeted by George and he was awesome. Bar and pool area were so clean and staff was great!

The hotel was amazing from the clean beautiful suite to the delicious buffet breakfast to to amazing pool. The staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely go back!

Breakfast was sufficient however for our tastes was missing some items such as no toaster, no butter for bread, limited options.

Convenient location on the town edge. Everything is still walkable from here. You are however surrounded by construction activities at the moment. Was some minor issues with cleanliness of the room on my arrival.

We loved our stay. The staff were friendly. The room was quite spacious and overlooking the sea. Will stay again.

Breakfast was beyond excellent. Rooms were clean and nice with a small outdoor patio. There is a short walking path to restaurants and the bay and beach. Fresh drinking water supplied each day. Pool is beautiful but unheated, so not really warm enough in the spring and fall. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The path down to the water was very handy. The breakfast was excellant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in helping us arrange transfers and rentals, the property was clean, had beautiful views, quiet, and walkable to the town area with many shops and dining options nearby. The morning breakfast and pool area with poolside bar was very nice also. We would stay here again! Location was great!

Stunning property, beautiful view & great food!

We had a beautiful stay at this facility. It was clean comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The views were beautiful. It was within walking distance to town. Overall we loved this facility and will recommend it very highly.

The view here is spectacular . The hotel rooms were beautiful and the grounds were very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and healthy. The hotel was walking distance to the main port for bars and restaurants and shops . We loved our stay.

Amazing experience overall. Best value we found on our whole trip, and milos was by far our favourite island

The property was really nice with a specious pool and nice surroundings. A little bit disappointed with the reception stuff, no smile, no information on breakfast nor the tourist tax, at a hotel like this I’d expect more welcoming approach.
