I stayed in a shared room and the hotel delivered what it promised. The staff were very kind, as I was leaving very early, they prepared a snack for me to take with me, which was very kind. The cleaning is good but it miss in the details, and the comfort is what you would expect from a shared room. The view from the common area is beautiful, and the pools are very good.

Adorei o Hostel. Localização perfeita, mesmo em frente ao lago e junto a muitos restaurantes. Com piscina. Pequeno almoço variado e muito bom.
Apenas o check in foi mais demorado do que devia. Não estavam a encontrar a minha reserva. De resto tudo perfeito.

Special mention to the front desk person Sandy. She really helped me out with flight changes, went above and beyond. The room was nice, sharing one bathroom with 6 people it was quite dirty but once the cleaners came through it was fine. great location and if you aren't there in the morning for breakfast they make a sandwich for you to take with you.

We booked a room with 2 other friends. Should have been a 4 bed dorm. But they told us the don‘t have it and we need to share with 2 other people. The room is way to small for 6 people and it was a really bad smell and a higher humidity than in the jungle. The location is good and breakfast is good as well.
