DO NOT BOOK HERE. So we have a family trip planned for here in two weeks. Total spend about 1500 a room and about 8 rooms. So we are spending 10,000 usd. 1) They do not allow any cancellations or refunds. 2) Their communication sucks. I emailed them on March 3rd. No response. Follow up on March 8th and they finally respond on March 10th. Send another email on March 11th and get a response on March 17th telling me to reschedule out to someone on WhatsApp. I message them and I get no response on WhatsApp from their concierge. I have to send a follow up email and then the concierge responds with very little detail. Also their WhatsApp automated system is terrible. 3) Finally they do not coordinate pick up or drop off from the airport. After spending 10,000 usd expect a lot of frustration. Wish I had never booked here. After being there I was disappointed with the quality of food. There was also limited activities to do on the resort.

Oceana Resort is beautiful place, the wait staff is very friendly, accommodating, eager to satisfy your needs.
However, I do have one observation (which I share wi management) the fact that there is no servers at the pools is very inconvenient, not everyone is willing to seat at the bar for hours, but instead choose to have drinks throughout the day. It gave me impression that this model was to discourage or minimize consumption of food and drink. For an all inclusive, some people do not get what they paid for.

Muy bonito y el staff muy amable pero al ser un lugar grande hay demasiada gente en todos los espacios, piscina, restaurantes, etc. Si va con niños hay mucho que hacer pero para pareja, prefiero algo mas tranquilo y menos lleno.

Loved it with the exception of checking/out. Checking in was a super slow process. This needs to be improved asap. Bigger signs indicating where one can check in or pick up keys need to be made bigger for public to see. Overall stay was excellent with the check in exception,

I and my wife terribly suffered from flea(=pulga in spanish)
during my stay.I took a picture to submit whenever the property wants to see .
To improve the worst case for my future stay,
I advised top manager at front desk and manager at room cleaning . But,to avoid the issue , they told me that it is from mosquito . To make worse, they did not allow me to record their names.
Obviously , I know the difference between bite of flea and one of mosquito.
The itching was definately from bed at night ,not from outside facilities.

A mi familia y a mí nos a gustado vacacionar en Oceana y nos hemos dado cuenta que las instalaciones se han ido deteriorando , recomendamos observar las pequeñas cosas en las habitaciones , como por ejemplo estén bien las puertas corredizas , los tendederos que sirvan . Con esos desperfectos nos topamos esta vez. Que fluya más rápido el check in
