Stayed here for 3 days. Staff is friendly. Location was convenient. Walking distance for dining, shops, and public transportation to where you need to go to. At night this area is very lively. We stayed on the 20th floor and you can faintly still hear the outside festivities going on. Didn’t bother us much cause at the end of our day we were to tired from our day going about the city. There are 2 rooms per floor and the room sizes is descent for 2 people. We rented 4 rooms for our family during our stay and had no issues. I would go back when visiting Hong Kong again.

The place is well located for ease of foods n transport, also near MTR.
The staff, especially, Joey & Karen, are very helpful, courteous ^ gentle, very servuce oriented
I definitely will recommend friends to this BOL hotel n will be back next time HKG

Stayed here for 3 days. Staff is friendly. Location was convenient. Walking distance for dining, shops, and public transportation to where you need to go to. At night this area is very lively. Lobby在八樓，有一股很濃的芳香劑味道。房間在樓上，但是一樓的陌生人就可以直接上到房間樓層（不用刷卡），樓下又是酒吧很吵，安全性有疑慮。櫃檯很親切。房間的淋浴間水會露出來，門關上也無法阻止水。對整體環境有點失望。
