4. A damage deposit is required upon check-in, it is acceptable by cash or credit card. The amount of deposit will be refunded upon check-out. The refund process will take at least 0 -14 working days according to different forms of payment.
5. Our hotel will cease to provide free amenities with plastic products & containers as The Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023 for regulating disposable plastic products imposed on 22 April, 2024 by Hong Kong SAR Government. New regulation will ban hotels from providing disposable toiletries and in-room plastic-products for free.
6. Hotel policy is not accepted payment by 3rd party credit card . All reservation must be guaranteed by guest's own credit card.

Good hotel for a layover, nice room and extremely well located next to the MTR and many restaurants shops bars etc nearby. Only issue I had is they don't provide water or essentials in the room so you’ll have to buy them from the 7-11 over the road. Overall happy and would stay again.

It’s a very small room but clean and decent. Definitely need some tender care and love, but I can’t complain for the price check in is at the third floor and the walls are very thin Will definitely hear your neighbors.

I stayed twice in the same week. First room on top floor really long wait to get water up to 27th floor and tv noise from neighbouring room was quite load, thin walls. Second visit was lower floor and room at end of corridor much better. Its basic but clean and convenient

Centrally located nearby the MRT and close to the harbor waterfront park, lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. The rooms are extremely small but the staff was friendly and helpful. Be advised, although this property is in a seemingly safe and busy area, at night it becomes a red light district. We didnt have any problems but we arrived late at night and had some concerns at first but all the locals were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
