Nice and friendly staff Convenient location But poor sound insulation Main customers are from mainland who always talk loudly in the corridor , lift and also make noises till midnight. The lift is quite small so take long time waiting for the lift. If you don’t mind the noise , then this is a good choice.

The location is the reason I stay here. I stayed twice (two weeks a part). The first week, the front desk person (a male) was so cold, but he did not did anything offensive, just no personality and do not care whatsoever. The second time was a female, she was very polite and pleasant. The place is clean. From the hotel to the airport, it took me only 45 minutes by train. Around the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and stores.

Great location. Overall service is good. But the elevator produces loud beep and woke me up several times at night. Room is very small and you have to shower over the toilet bowl.

The hotel is in a great location on Nathan Rd steps away from the subway station with lots of food and shopping in the area. My one complaint was that I booked the room for 2 people and asked for 2 keys but they refused to provide 2 keys lying by saying they don't have enough keys.

繁華街のど真ん中、油麻地メトロ出口のすぐ横にあるので立地が非常に良いです！ 買い物をしてちょっと荷物を置きにに戻ることが可能なのがよかったです。 また周辺にテイクアウトが可能な飲食店やコンビニ、薬局などが多いため、食事や生活には困りません。 フロントの方は丁寧なので、安心感があります。 部屋の清掃は微妙です。入室時から大きめの埃が床（カーペット）に落ちていたり、部屋の隅には埃が若干溜まっています。（掃除機がかけきれていない） 毎朝の清掃も、シーツを整える程度のため過度な潔癖の方は気になるかもしれません。 また廊下がとてもタバコ臭いので、部屋はタバコ臭くなくても部屋にもタバコの匂いが侵入してきます。 ホテルの目の前が繁華街でかなり賑わっているため、極端に横道に入ったり明かりが少ない地元民が多いところにわざわざ行かない限り、治安はいい方かなと思います。

It was absolutely great experience hope to book again next time while visiting to Hongkong and highly recommended to all .

We booked 5 night stay in Cara hotel.The moment we walked into the room. It is dark, smelly, old, dirty and noisy from outside. My wife was so upset and start crying. She cannot stand in there even a minutes. Even we just checked in, we decided to check out right away in the late night. The Cara hotel is just like a haunting house which should not be in the listing for us to choose in Expedia. Expedia should delist it and refund the 5 night stay money back to us.

一人旅でシングルルーム2泊しました。 油麻地駅C出口、右へ1〜2分で着きました。大通りに面しているのでわかりやすく、人が行き交っているので危険は感じませんでした。 ・アメニティ 　シャンプー（リンスなし）※使っていません 　ボディソープ 　大きな歯ブラシ（日本人には合わないかな？と） ・バスマット、バスタオル、フェイスタオル ・簡易的なスリッパ ・独立型のドライヤー ・冷蔵庫なし ・トイレとシャワーの一体型（トイレが濡れるタイプです） ・湯船なし 部屋の広さは狭いですが、ギリギリ、スーツケースを広げられます。 バス停がすぐなので、空港の行き来はバスだと地上だけで済むので、荷物が少ない一人旅だと楽だと思います。 ディズニーランドへも1時間かからず、2回の簡単な乗り換えで済みますし、他の人気の街へ行くにも便利です。 コンビニ、24時間営業のマクドナルドなどもあるので、遅く帰ってきても困らないと思います。

I am a business owner myself so I try to be fair but I really haven’t much to say that is helpful for this hotel. The staff were accommodating as I requested room changes 3 times only to end up leaving early anyway because of the following: These are GUESTROOMS. Meaning you are in a VERY small space with your toilet and shower in the same space. You will be cramped while trying to wash your hair over your toilet and sink while your toilet paper gets soaked. You are limited to 5 MINUTES of shower time - after that you will run out of hot water. There is mold everywhere inside the rooms. Picture attached. They do not sanitize the showers as I asked them for sanitizer so that I could scrub my own shower and they said they don’t have it nor use it. People smoke inside. It’s not smoke free. There are cockroaches everywhere. Picture attached. The cockroach was the last straw for me, so I asked for a refund only to be told that I have to pay for the stay anyway cause I left after 12pm. I was unfairly treated because I had to pay for a room that was deemed unsafe to stay in (mold, cockroaches, unsanitary toilet conditions).

The hotel was clean & has the basics covered. Unfortunately the room prices are so expensive that you could get a five star hotel in other cities. At least they provide free luggage storage.
