Hong Kong marked the final leg of our long journey.
After staying at five different hotels across Japan, we were truly looking forward to settling into The Langham – and it didn’t disappoint. We were even offered an upgrade at a reduced price, and we happily paid the extra – it was absolutely worth it!
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The concierge team and the check-in process made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The iconic Langham bed lived up to its reputation – we slept like royalty. Housekeeping maintained the room beautifully each day, even replacing the disposable toothbrushes daily (though we would’ve been fine using the same ones for all eight nights).
Room service was also a treat, offering a variety of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed.
This is without a doubt a hotel we’ll return to. The location is unbeatable, and the overall experience was nothing short of excellent.

From the moment I arrived at The Langham, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and warm hospitality. Every staff member I encountered was attentive, professional, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
The location couldn't be more ideal — right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, just steps away from luxury shopping, world-class dining, and the MTR station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city.
One of the standout features of my stay was the size of the rooms. In a city known for compact accommodations, The Langham’s rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully appointed, and offer a calm retreat from the bustling city below.
If you're looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in Hong Kong, I can't recommend The Langham highly enough. I’ll definitely be returning!

The tea at breakfast was terrible and the yoghurt was very low quality. The room service wanted me to pay at my door whilst I had just got out of the shower ! The first room smelt of mould and the second not much better and the room was noises. The staff were not great at customer service Overall not a great experience.

Overall a nice hotel with friendly service in a convenient location. However, our “city view” room overlooked a concrete courtyard and some of the facilities, like the shower and pool, felt a bit dated.

My second stay but won’t return. Langham lives of its reputation and whilst the facilities are still too notch the staff is not. Unhelpful and at times condescending. Lots of competition around do will try those on my next visit to HK.

The location of hotel is very convinient. It is directly connected from the subway station and shopping mall. Yet the room is calm and cozy without any noise of the town.
Bathing facilities are clean and effective. It is nice of the hotel to provide complimantary water bottles every day.

枱燈經修理後仍然是壞的，洗手液按壓位置不方便，浴室花灑水力較弱，掛衣服位置少且位置不方便，房間內水果有被咬過的情況等。水果一事幸好員工很體貼的幫忙更換了，還送上更多水果，而且各部門員工是有盡力和盡快去解決問題，所以員工的方面係做得非常好，亦很有禮貌，只是整體房間的硬件問題有待改善。
