One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. spa was beautiful and relaxing, spent 6 hours there one day and had a great massage. Rooftop bar had some amazing drinks and delicious goulash. Breakfast was good and had fresh espresso. Could not have been a better stay.

My Refrigerator didnt work. Limited TV Channels No Pool Lighting in room was too low for reading. Otherwise loved it

I really enjoyed the eclectic nature of the hotel. Our room was very special, and I loved the rose theme. The hotel is beautifully decorated with the huge staircase, charming elevator and replicas of paintings throughout. We met some really interesting fellow travelers and got good information from the staff. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Budapest.

We have traveled all around the world, and hands down, Mystery Hotel Budapest is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. This hotel easily ranks at the very top of our list. The spa was incredible, really clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained and having it conveniently located within the hotel made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. A huge thank you to Péter and Doria at the front desk for arranging a wonderful surprise for our first anniversary. It truly made our stay unforgettable. Of course, kudos to the rest of the team as well for making our entire experience flawless. If you are visiting Budapest and want a combination of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service, look no further than Mystery Hotel.

Perfect stay in a very well kept hotel. The personnel is exceptional especially Atila who serves at breakfast and managed to always accommodate our very specific nutritional needs. The spa area is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Très bon hôtel. Il est classé comme un cinq étoiles mais tout simplement un quatres étoiles. Nous avions la plus grande chambre de l'hôtel mais aucune attention particulière dans la chambre, l'accueil est sympathique mais la encore pas du niveau d'un cinq étoiles. Le room service est efficace (rapide) mais a part changer les serviettes et refaire le lit, il n'y a rien de plus. Enfin un dernier détail, les rideaux aux fenêtres étaient trop petits, la lumière du jour entre dans la chambre dès 6h00, impossible de faire une grasse matinée.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful inside and out. The downside was location. An 8-minute walk in the right direction took you to a populous city area. The other direction took you to an industrial area with the occasional sketchy person.

Brilliant stay, the staff were really helpful with local recommendations and hotel spa/dinner bookings. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the spa and treatments were just what we needed! All in all, a wonderful stay - we'll definitely be returning!
