From the moment we arrived, their genuine care and professionalism made us feel not just welcomed, but truly looked after. Every detail was handled with such grace—from the delicious food that delighted our taste buds daily, to the lightning-fast room service that never missed a beat. What truly set this stay apart was the extraordinary hospitality. The team went above and beyond to support our entire family during a challenging time. When our daughter experienced dehydration, they arranged multiple drives to and from the hospital without hesitation. Their kindness and concern meant the world to us. And to top it all off, they surprised us with a beautiful cake to celebrate my in-laws’ wedding anniversary—a gesture that touched our hearts and made the occasion even more special. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was a deeply memorable experience filled with compassion, celebration, and comfort. We left with full hearts and immense gratitude. Unlimited bottles of water 👍 A little bit further away from Golden Temple but you are staying/paying for international brand so you know the consistency and level of hygiene and customer care is there. Ubers and Rickshaw (if you want local experience going through the back streets with shops that have been around for many generations) are readily available. I would stay here again and recommend to F&F
