Godwin Haridwar

Booked the hotel with a good expectation to at least provide mentioned in hotel details and there are plenty which I can give as review. Staff didnt know what does "accessible rooms " mean and I booked for one though it wasnt setup with required stuff. I booked two family rooms and there was missing fridge from one room. They had high tea in evening and it was a mess, total 15 chairs to sit and more than 100 guest at one time, it was a long queue and they were not able to serve more than once after waiting for 30 mins in queue. Restaurant denied to service the dinner in room as they were planning to sell buffet. The guests who did not opt for breakfast and decided to take that on the spot, staff had no etiquette when to ask how to ask, rather checking 1:1, waiting for breakfast to finish, they interrupted everyone and made embarrass.

Is a clean and peaceful property located on the highway. It's close to prominent places like har ki pauri, mansa devi nd chandi temple.

The staff at the hotel are brilliant! From the ladies on reception, to the Bellman/Porters who took our luggage to and from the rooms. I had a booking for 4 premier double rooms. Sadly, the pictures and information advertised in Expedia is innacurate and misleading, as it shows the image, and states the description of a "suite" for the "premier double room". So on our arrival, i was expecting a suite style room as per the image, but they told me that only 2 rooms (Suites) in the hotel have this, and are already booked. Furthermore, the description states "interconnected rooms", but again, this is only a feature of the 2 suites they have at the hotel, and is not available in the premier double rooms. So the two features i liked, and based my booking decision on, were not present in any of our 4 rooms. The reception were kind and honest enough to acknowledge this error, but it was not possible to rectify or compensate us for anything.

Staff were courteous and Rooms were good, however it was very painful to sit in reception and dinning area with no air flow - closed windows & doors , and smell of burning incense gave us burning eyes and asthma attacks. We couldn't breathe on ground floor.

They need to work on their food quality and rates as the kind of food they serve and the rate they charge for that dies not match.

There was not much around the hotel but did not need anything close by as the hotel facilities were more than enough. It was a lovely hotel nicely located just 10 mins from Haridwar away from the hectic area. Excellent food

All staff are good but hotel need lot of work As all area maintenance required all furniture bathroom are old and dated
