Location is good but no Wifi also also AC is not that powerful. Staff is very helpful.

The location was close to lilavati hospital which was very convenient for me and family. The staff and all of reception were polite and accommodating. The food at their restaurant was nice, a bit inconsistent, and the view from the restaurant terrace was excellent. Overall the room was old, had a smell and paint peeling off various parts. The rooms, lobby is in need of an update.

Well located; close to the Worli sea-link, western express highway as well as SV road. Excellent service, good food and well maintained rooms.

Everything was excellent especially the breakfast. However there is no WiFi in the rooms.

This hotel has become very old and I think it has reached its life now. Need renovation. But for me it met my purpose of just plain stay. People are nice.

Words speak a thousand words. Not posting any pictures but take my word for it or regret it later. Dont go there the hotel is decaying, its abandoned. Breakfast is horrible to say the least.Everything about the infrastructure is HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY OR REGRET IT.

Hotel needs urgent renovation. Mold all over the place (e.g. carpet, AC, bathroom, walls, doors). Some towels provided where already used (after unfolding you could see the dirt of the pre-user). Toilet was labelled being cleaned. Looking insight the business of the earlier guest was still visible. Although locationwise very close to my relatives I will not return and rather pay a taxi and find an appropriate hotel. During our India trip we also stayed in hotels without any stars which where clean, friendly and nicely maintained.

Aufgrund der privater Situation (nähe zur Familie) mussten wir dieses Hotel buchen. - Check-in ok, jedoch wurden uns zuerst anstatt der gebuchten 2 Suiten nur 2 Deluxe Zimmer gegeben - wurde aber umgehend korrigiert. - Hotel im katastrophalen Zustand: Teppiche vergammelt. - Suiten: Bäder komplett verschimmelt, Schimmel um die Klimaanlage herum, es wurden benutzte Handtücher ausgegeben, Putz fiel von Wand und Decke, Bettzeug mit undefinierbaren Flecken, Zimmer stanken muffig. Preis-Leistung absolute Unverschämtheit. Auch für indische Verhältnisse verdient dieses Hotel keinen einzigen Stern.

n very disappointed especially with the washroom...so disgusting!!! room was ok .....TV was not working.....morning breakfast was good but restaurant.dinning hall needs a makeover.

I STAYED JUST FOR A NIGHT , IT WAS QUITE COMFORTABLE , THE BREAKFAST SERVED CAN BE IMPROVED SO AS TO GET VALUE FOR MONEY, BEST PART IS ITS SO CLOSE TO LINKING ROAD FOR SHOPPING

Staff- Only staff I had any interaction was the ? Manager who led me to my room. Facilities and condition - Room was a deluxe room. Nothing deluxe about it. Sadly it was run down. The first thing that hits you when you enter the room is the smell and you get used to it. The use of naphthalene balls says it all. Fan, A/C, TV working On a positive note It was clean, as clean as a run down room can get. Did not use the breakfast as the dining room did not look nice and appealing.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen in Bandra, nur wenige laufminuten von der Hill Road entfernt. Es gibt jeden Tag kostenlos zwei Flaschen Trinkeasser aufs Zimmer. Leider war das Personal wenig hilfsbereit, was Auskünfte und Möglichkeiten einer Stadttour betrifft. Da ich nur einen vollen Tag Zeit hatte, die Stadt zu sehen, hätte ich mich über ein wenig Unterstützung gefreut, wie es unter "extra Serviceleistungen des Hotels" angegeben war. Ansonsten roch das Zimmer sehr modrig, teilweise Schimmel an den Wänden. Im Gang stand ein entlüftungsgerät. Zeitweise tropfte es von der Decke. Für zwei Nächte Ok, da es warmes Wasser und ein fast sauberes Handtuch, sowie Bettwäsche gab. Das Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert. Verglichen mit den gängigen Standards in Indien sicherlich in Ordnung, aber überteuert.
