Hotel Sai Miracle

Upon arrival, we were assured that the room was clean. However, this quickly proved not to be the case. The floor was visibly dirty and covered in hair. Although this was resolved promptly after we raised the issue, this is something guests should never encounter in the first place. In addition, the bedsheets were torn, with a noticeable hole and were also stained, which was unacceptable from a both cleanliness and comfort standpoint. Additionally, there was a serious drainage issue in the bathroom, causing water to pool on the floor for hours after showering. The bathroom taps were unhygienic, with green residue around the spouts, and there were also loose/exposed wires that had not been addressed, posing a clear safety and fire hazard. While the surrounding area of the property was pleasant and the breakfast was good, we do not feel that the price we paid reflected the quality of the room or amenities provided whatsoever. Had we booked in person on the day of arrival at the hotel, the rate would have been approximately 5,500 INR, yet we were charged almost £90 through Expedia. Paying more than double the in-person rate for a room in this condition feels extremely unreasonable and misleading. While we understand this was a last-minute booking, that does not justify the condition of the room or the inflated price. Overall, the experience did not meet reasonable expectations for the amount paid, and we believe this issue warrants review.

Everything was great about it. The rooms were clean. Staff was great. I stay here every time I come to Shirdi.

Nice staff

Overall a good reasonable place to stay for Saibaba darshan. Maharashtra’n curries, jowar rotis and curd rice were excellent. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

Great staff. Restaurant on site is very convenient and food is good. Sai temple is only a few minutes by walk. Convenient location for a quick visit. Rooms are comfy.

Excellent Veg food by Pepperfry restaurant - its definitely 15% costlier compared to nearby restaurants but I tell you its worth it. As for Hotel, its close to Temple, The room was spacious with the required comfort for two people. One funny but important point that the hotel has to note is that when you remove the key card, the DND/CleanRoom light outside goes off and therefore your room will not be made up unless you personally tell them!!! Don't trust their WiFi and please beware the checkout time is 11AM...this will hurt you if it is not noticed which was my case. However, overall you will not be very disappointed. ...

The overall stay was amazing. If u r travelling to shirdi and want a hotel nearby the temple with every necessary amenities, I would recommend this hotel.

Ideal place if you are in Shirdi for the darshan

Very clean hotel.3 minute walk from Saibaba Temple.It has a good restaurant within the hotel..They made baby food for my child.It had adequate parking..Good room service.

It was an okay experience. Definitely not worth for the price we paid for one night. Some of the other hotels in the area could have cost us 50% less money for the same standard of room and service. Would only book this hotel again if there were absolutely no other options available.

Sai Miracle is one of the best hotel to stay at shirdi.The rooms and bathrooms were excellent and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and hospitality was excellent. The attached restaurant is also very good.very near from temple 2 minutes walkable distance.The bed were good with proper cushions.Very good stay.

Hotel was good but little pricy though. Good hotel and worth recommending all for stay. Good staff, good manners and clean hotel. So I was fine with money paid. Very near to Sai temple as well just 200-300meters. Walk in and out @1am without any hassle. Critical before Booking: - Remember hotel doesn't accept card. Only Cash transaction. I found it challenging as I booked 2 rooms (1 room for 3 days, 2nd room for 4 days) - Complementary food guys behaves as if they are doing mercy and very conservative in service - No one will tell wifi is available in common area, you need to ask. - Towels never changed , nor soaps provided unless you ask for it
