What ever you see on pictures nothing is there.so run-down. So rude staff front desk. Some of them ok. No restaurant on rooftop. Need up dates the website. Not happy what i see

Over all the stay was OK.. Bathroom taps are rested and to be replaced. Staff especially at check-in point was very good

Rat poop...limited hot water

J’ai réservé deux chambres et nous avons demandé à changer les draps et les serviettes ce qui a été fait de suite. Par contre pour l’eau chaude ce n’est disponible que le matin de 6h à 8h 😟

Rooms are not well maintained. No room service. Furnitures are very old and damge. Not at all recommend to any onr. Very terible experience in my last family visit. No valur for spending money

It was a horrible experience. Very dusty room, broken switches and bulbs. On top of that rude behaviour of the person at the reception (One Mr. Badusha). No room service, houeskeeping does not attend to calls. Pathetic service.

Really disapointing. The room (I had chosen deluxe with city view to get extra comfort). However, upon arrival the room had no towels, no soap, no blanket and no toilet paper. I was informed that there was no hot water. After asking a few times, I got a towel and soap. The rooftop restaurant was closed, and no food was available on the premise. The reception was completely disinterested in clients and did not respond when I greeted them with a good morning or anything else. Cityview means you look directly at another building across the street - you cannot se anything else.

Clean and very budget friendly! Services are medium due to very few staff! If you expect a basic clean Bed only Accomodation at Hotels.com’s Unbelievable price this is BEST! But they provide only non Ac rooms and for the current temperatures it’s ok!

We For three nights anf enjoyed the hospitality of the sraff, the convenience of the strategic location of the hotel to the temples, the rail station and it being siyuatef not too far from the Madurai aitport. The hotel amenities were excellent like delicious food from bteakfast yo lunch and dinner on the roof top restaurant (Surya). Theservices were excellent.

Worst. Even A/C rooms feel like non A/C rooms. When you order a food they serve you with something else!

Dirty linen on the bed, leaking plumbing in the bathroom, missing light fittings with exposed wiring, no toilet paper or soap, next door to a generator or something similar that ran all night. The hotel has a restaurant but given the issues with the room I wasn't game to try it. I booked via credit card but the front desk would only accept cash. I did have enough money but they didn't have change. I'm sure that you can find a better alternative.

De ligging van het hotel is prima. Vlak bij de tempel en vlak bij het trein station. Het is allebei nog geen 15 min lopen. Verder is het hotel simpel maar prima. Schoon en netjes, wij konden zien dat ze het aan het renoveren zijn. Op de bovenste verdieping zit een simpel maar leuk top roof restaurant.

Room was a little pricey, but the staff were helpful, breakfast was decent, and the rooftop restaurant is great. Very convenient to find excellent dinner right on top the hotel. I had to check in at 4am and check out at 2am. It was a simple process thank to the staff. Would stay again!

Stayed here for 3 nights and for the price I would expect better quality and cleanliness. This hotel is saved by the location.
