Stayed here first time and had a wonderful experience, the rooms are reasonably priced and the restaurant has very nominal prices while delivering excellent quality. Staff are polite and the spa and swimming pool are great as well. Breakfast is normal, WiFi is strong, decent toiletries, clean rooms and beds, overall a great comfortable stay. Will come back definitely.

The breakfast service was very poor. You won’t be seated on time, and the tables are not clean. You’ll wait ages for food, and sometimes it never arrives (this happened when I asked for tea, which never came). Only two staff members were trying to handle around 30 people at once. I complained at reception, but the next day was exactly the same.

朝食やコーヒーショップ、レストランもとても美味しかった。
クリーニングも利用したが、仕上がるのが早く、しかも丁寧。
スタッフさんも親切な方が多く、気持ち良く過ごすことができた。
ただ、部屋の冷蔵庫が冷えないのには閉口した。

Clean, large, and well equipped with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very helpful. The front desk staff quickly arranged a comfortable car with a safe and accommodating driver to go around the city for 15 hours for a reasonable rate.

This hotel was very good comparable to other 4/5-star hotels in the area with a much better price. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Restaurants and food variety was excellent. Poolside restaurant had a great selection of American cuisine. Breakfast buffet was great. Provision of free water bottles everyday and minor details like weighing machine in room is a boon for foreign visitors.

A perfect stay, all was on top level, if possibke I would rate 6 stars instead of 5.
Very impressing was the fact, that I still could get something to eat after check in, although it was 03:30 pm.

Food was good. Housekeeping staffs did a good job. Rooms were spacious.
However, the carpet in the walkway needs to be changed due to the unpleasant smell. Bathroom tiles were slippery therefore a potential hazard.

For the week we stayed, the facilites were as advertised, with very helpful staff who acted very efficiently on requests we made. The hotel was clean with easy access via local transport to areas of interest. Like to thank Rohit (and night shift staff) at the front desk for their willing assistance. The kitchen staff were also very helpful. The young housekeeper Prem was very efficient and caring. We would definately use this hotel and recommend it to the others.
