One night stay before my long flight was great. Very professional staff and complimentary airport drop-off was great.

the service and staff were excellent. the food was very good with a wide variety. I did the half board which turned out to be wise cuz the hotel is rather isolated. my only complaint is that you have to tolerate the airport right next to you and you will hear airplanes all day and all night.

Beautiful property, well-maintained, and good dining options. Easy access to airport. The suites are spacious (don’t know about non-suite rooms) and luxuriously appointed. Highly recommend staying in one of their suites.
Ministry Of Chutneys restaurant was good for breakfast but was so-so for dinner buffet. Some of the dishes were empty and they weren’t refilling them lol, which was odd. Breakfast buffet options were plenty and very tasty!

The place is very attractive and almost all the staff are friendly and helpful. The "1 bedroom"suite" is very large but not what I would call a suite. There is not a separate sitting room or anything like that. Instead there is a very large bathroom with all the normal things done very well and also what looks like a jacuzzi bathtub which I didn't use. And it is in a separate wing from the other part of the hotel and common areas are very quiet and attractive. The only downside was checkin. It wasn't a particularly pleasant experience.

Hi the stay was ok .The staff were amazing ,and courteous. However areas need of improvement is the scent or air freshener you use throughout the lobby and the rooms were too strong and has affected and irritated my wife and I. Really not required as I felt you were trying to mask the mold and misty smells of the room which was noticeable. The staff did change my room but same again could smell it and see it. Also the tea took almost 25 to make which is not acceptable. I don't know if I would stay at your hotel again as the mold and the air freshener was really too strong. If this was to change them definitely would come back . Your staff were amazing.

It was excellent, excellent, excellent. We were offered the free breakfat when we checked in. there was personal touch in handing the keys to us. Luggage service was warm and professional. We felt well cared for. The room had great facilities. Most comfortable bed ever! very well cleaned bathroom. heated toilet seat!
Free shuttle to airport! highly recommended, especially for a near-airport stay in Chennai, India.

Right from airport pickup, safe transportation, ease of check-in, escort to the room was very efficient!
Although I had booked a two day stay, I checked in at 12:45 am on Jan 10th early morning and decided to check out at 5:40 pm on Jan 10th evening. However, two full days of room charges were assessed including B’fast for the day I wasn’t even there…I understand why but I was hoping the Hotel would offer concessions, if not credit the day perhaps offer points redeemable for a future stay.
Nevertheless, it’s definitely a place I would stay again!
