Great property

The property is averagely maintained. Rooms do not have proper sound insulation and all the noise from hallways peeps in. The major disappointment was the DJ being played in he banquet hall uptill 1 am and it stopped only after some guest complained. The only silver lining was the breakfast which was really good.

If you are looking for a quite place to rest, this is NOT a place to go. They have loud music at night at function rooms. Despite moving room to higher floor you can hear the loud music and vibration. I requested room to be moved on first night if there was function next day to 3 staff and all said no function tomorrow sir but latter that next night there was function and loud music again. Worst nightmare for us at this place .

They thing was perfect.....the only suggestion i could make is that the room could provide small packets of butter biscuits to compliment the otherwise fantastic service....well done

The hotel was fine and in a very good central location. It was clean and the room was spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Bathrooms were not clean

Extremely poor service and it take ages to get something done here.

We booked 5 rooms with the property for a group of 16 folks including children. Our check-in process was really smooth and we got early check-ins for all of our rooms even though their check-in time is 2 PM. That was a big help as we had to cover the Wagah border the same day and we need to be ready for the same after our overnight journey. All the staff was really cooperative and especially Mr Niyamat Ali who helped arranging for transport quickly to wagah border and other places. The rooms were good and spacious. The breakfast was really good and one of the key things that we thoroughly enjoyed their. The staff at restaurant was also very courteous and accommodated all our requests. Only minor thing is about showers and cold and hot water. Sometimes water gets too hot and sometimes it is too cold. Also location is relatively bit far from Golden temple area though still manageable with local transport there but if you have to go to golden temple area more than once then one has to think. The Traffic is also bad so we need to account for the same if one has have to catch their trains etc.

Stay was okay. Only issue was housekeeping as we had to ask them for soaps everyday because they dont provide you bath soap other then one for handwash. Not enough towels for each guest. Bar fridge in the room wasn't working. Made us uncomfortable when we had to ask for soap,towel everyday. Food was awesome. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Ambience was perfect.

Excellent location. Near Golden temple and Jaliana wala bagh. Hotel cleanliness and facilities excellent. I loved the stay there.Nice restaurant too though expensive.
