We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was awesome with plenty of choices and the staff were friendly, kind and welcoming. In-room dining experience was excellent as well and food was delicious . The hotel was kid-friendly, accommodative and considerate of my toddler’s food needs.
Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

THis is a new addition to Leela Hotels and it lives upto the expectation, i would not call it a palace but it matches the exceptional standard of Leela. Food options in buffet were very limited but overall the room and hotel was exceptional

1. The food was terrible. I tried multiple items, and all were disappointing. It didn’t justify the price at all.
2. During breakfast, the glasses had a foul smell. On Day 1, I ignored it as a one-off issue, but it was the same on Day 2. I brought it to the staff’s attention, and fortunately, it was rectified.
3. Initially, I had booked the Orlov room, but after speaking with Amisha, I upgraded to the Nizam room. It was great at first, but on Day 2, I realized the windows were quite small and the view wasn’t impressive. I called the Duty Manager, who transferred my call to someone at reception. That person was judgmental and said, “You’ve been staying here for two days, and now you’re noticing this?” He then advised me to pay ₹7,500 to upgrade to a suite. If nothing could be done, a simple denial would have sufficed—but this kind of condescending behavior is unacceptable.

Our 16 night stay was overall an absolutely wonderful world class experience, everything from service to amenities were well organized, neat and polished. The food and service was particularly great. I am in gratitude to all the staff who have consistently supported our stay through out. Will definitely come again on future visits as we found the Leela to represent a peaceful enclave in all the hussle and bustle of vacationing and visiting family, while away from home.

Cleanilness, attention to detail, and the best service i've had the privilege of experiencing, but not surprising given its a 5-star establishment. I've actually had to extend my stay by about a week, and looking forward to more of the same for the short length of time that I remain here.
