My new favorite hotel in So. Mumbai (beating out The Oberoi and Taj)! Beautiful, stylish, and comfortable rooms. Convenient location allowed me to get around the city. It is also connected to a great mall with fantastic shopping, dining, and a terrific movie theatre. Amazing pool and gym. But the BEST feature? The breakfast. The very best breakfast buffet I’ve had in any hotel in Bombay and maybe any hotel in all of India. I hesitated to write this review because I was tempted to “gate-keep” this hotel lest it become too popular or the prices go up! But I couldn’t resist sharing— this hotel is a dream come true!

The St. Regis Mumbai truly exceeded my expectations! From the luxurious rooms to the exceptional service, every detail was impeccable. The staff were warm and attentive, making our stay unforgettable. A special mention to Prerna Kaushal, Guest Relations Executive at the hotel for her personal welcome and for her impressive communication during our entire stay. The personalised touch was a beautiful experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a 5-star experience in Mumbai! 🌟👍"

I reallly loved my stay at this property. Everything was so elegant and fancy and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the staff very friendly and professional. I really wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely return for a longer stay next round.

Worst experience ever staying in a hotel. Had to change 3 rooms when I checked in before finally getting my room. And then was denied a voucher which was offered while booking the room. The food that we had kept in the room was thrown while the room was cleaned.Never ever staying in this property for sure. Terrible experience

Fantastic hotel located next to a premium mall. Did not have to leave compound. As in most of Mumbai there are depressed areas right outside the property so it can be a bit of turnoff to go for walk in surrounding area.

We had such a lovely stay here in Mumbai. It was a Holiday when we arrived and we were able to participate in the festivities. The staff were all wonderful and so were the amenities. We will be back to stay anytime we are in Mumbai.

Gorgeous property inside and out. Our first time to India and the service and hospitality at this hotel is like no where else in the world. Helpful, kind and went above and beyond in all aspects of our stay. Breakfast was amazing and offered a full spread of international options each morning. Connected to an upscale mall with many dining options as well. Highly recommend and would stay again. Namaste.

We didn’t have any problems except check in was slow. Bot our driver was called by a security guard. He has been doing his job for over 20 years and come to St Regis on a number of occasions and knows the entry procedure throughly. The security manager did apologise but the guard who said it should have apologised. You staff should learn to respect everyone whether guests or anyone and question accordingly. Don’t just presume. That marred my stay.
