Super Convenient Location, and a Fantastic place to stay if you are in Hyderabad. Very friendly staff and awesome restaurant dishing out delicious food.

Well appointed hotel for a business stay, and a good base for work and visiting Hyderabad.

Good quality hotel in convenient location for a few days business trip near the old airport, now closed. The elevated metro ran close by, but no noise from that or busy road. Didn't get to do any site seeing, in local area.

Extremely bad statf

Was given a weird room with a wardrobe in the bathroom. WiFi was awful, and didn’t work properly. The service was slow. While I was there they upgraded their computer system and this messed up my bill and checkout. Really cannot recommend

Great location. Staff was friendly and cordial. Price was right. Hotel was clean and room was modern and well maintained. Breakfast spread was lavish.

I stayed at the property recently for 3 months. While the property is getting a bit old, however, management seems to try its best in the upkeep and maintenance. Room sizes are a bit small, and ceiling lights are not sufficient, leaving corners of the room dark. Makes the room look even smaller than it is. The staff was good and friendly. Yet, there is a problem in communication. At times what they promise will be done, doesn't get done. Perhaps, a result of over promising, not understanding the situation, and complete forgetfulness. Something I did not expect from the Taj group. For example, a major source of frustration for me was trying to get the hotel to post the Tata Neu Rewards to my account for my stay. Despite my constant reminder on numerous occasions and getting false promises from the hotel every time, that it'll be resolved shortly, my rewards points have yet to be credited to my account. Needless to say one would expect this basic task would have been done automatically. Yet, it seemed to be a herculean task. And now that I've checked out of the hotel, I have no more updates as to what and why the problem has not been resolved. Out-of-sight, out-of-mind I guess! I do travel to India often each year and stay for 2 months at a stretch, I have decided if the issue is not resolved in the near future, I will not be staying at Vivanta or at the Taj group any more. There are now equal or better accommodation options and service in Hyderabad now.

Our stay was comfortable; the staff was amicable and ensured our stay was enjoyable. Our rooms were made daily by Arudra and Jahir. We will definitely come here next year

The Jacuzzi and steam room took time to work and the floors were too slippery (risk of falls) The temperature for the pool was not controlled so the water was a bit cold. They took time to deliver the baggage to the rooms. I would definitely stay there on my next trip though due to the convenience of the location

Named has 5 Star , but 3 Star Hotel. - OLD Hotel, So Inside Furniture getting Smell, Scratches on Granite & Wood Breaks. - No Ventilation Fan in Bathroom - Room Cleaning is Worst with Dust & Hairs Wifi is Good Valet Parking is Good
