Greetings  From Team Bali Sunshine Inn. We understand you had a poor experience during your stay and we regret the same. Kindly allow us to clarify on this issue.   We always try to help our guest in such cases by trying to clean  as soon as possible in the laundry because the longer you leave the marks the hard it takes for the stain to remove. Our team tried to contact but could not reach you . So they decided that they will wash it first instead of waiting till evening. Our team only followed the procedures and surely had no intention of overcharging or disturbing our lovely guests . Regarding the deposit , during your check out early morning at 3 , we were informed that you were very kind to tip our housekeeping and security who helped you with the baggages and asked them not to return the deposit money but instead use it as a tip. The Deposit was 100000Rp but our charges for pillow cover was 50000Rp only. If the deposit money was not used for tipping our staff then kindly share your bank account details we would refund the balance amount of 50000Rp All our staff carry a nametag, if you can help to advise the name of the waitress it would help us to check the matter in detail.
