The room is clean, and they disinfect all room before we checked in. The view is gorgeous, the food also delicious.

Back again!! Yes! The kids were so happy staying at this treehouse. Giving them a new experience. Last visit was on May 2020 but we came back on Jan 2021. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone with curiosity. This hotel went to extra miles to cater my family's needs.

Fortunately, we stay at workday basis so the crowd is manageable. With green environment, we felt relax stayed at Safari Bungalow.

Best best best! After being trapped in the traffic all the way to this resort, staying in this place was the best choice afterall. It's only one nite but we did satisfy with all experiences this resort could offer. We loved our tree house-nice environment, very quiet dan fresh. This resort was crowded during school holidays, but we still enjoyed our short stay very much. It's very close to safari zoo; We decided to rent a buggy from resort for our safari journey, and turned out being amazing zoo journey experiences we ever had- the staff who accompanied us during the journey was very nice and patient. Hope to come back again someday!

I was really sure chose Caravan through this app, but get common/hotel room at the receptionist instead. Very disappointed. Particularly for room number 111. The sink table corner was chipped, and the height was very precisely positioned at toddler 's head. Maybe to consider prepare your insurance before stay with kids. Don't know about the other rooms though.

I think the hotel needs to upgrade their extra beds. It felt like sleeping in a hospital 😅 the metal bedframe is very outdated and sadly the xtra bed Did not include a free watter bottle🥲. But the food is very good. 👍.
