Semua Oke, sayang Breakfast menu nasi keras dan kering, mie goreng juga, ayam hanya sisa bagian tulang, minuman hanya air putih. Harga kamar tidak sesuai dengan menu yg didapat.

Menginap saat bukan hari libur. Sepi. Breakfast diantar ke kamar tapi tidak diberi informasi saat check in jadi sempat keliling-keliling dul utk konfirmasi sarapan karena di restaurantnya kosong. Untuk tempat enak, nyaman, udara sejuk.

I like the new hotel ambiance, clean bed, cozy room. I like the breakfast menu. Hopefully they will sweep the floors around the lift and stairs.

It's close to Arunika, the roof top has a view of the peak of Ciremai, it's definitely cool, there's a balcony too, the facilities are okay, hopefully there will be improvements in the future for access in and out of the parking lot.

Stayed on the 3rd floor and in the early morning we could hear the sound of mice running on the hotel ceiling, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel area and parking was quite difficult.

The hot water is not functioning properly, there are cobwebs in the bedroom, there is no mirror, there is no or no mineral water available, the room smells less fragrant, breakfast has run out even though there are still many hotels that haven't had breakfast.

Initially I got a room that didn't match expectations. When I complained the staff immediately exchanged me for a more comfortable room. Thank you for the attention given by the staff. Unfortunately, I had to check out early in the morning so I didn't taste the breakfast food. The view is okay, but the room is not soundproof. So the sound of motor vehicles can be clearly heard from the room. Overall everything is okay. Thank you to the staff who responded quickly to my complaints. Hopefully in the future it can become a favorite hotel that makes visitors miss it.
